Great hotel with a perfect location. The view during the breakfast (2nd floor terrace ) is breathtaking!! Worth to come just for that. We here not happy with our room at the beginning, but the hotel changed it the next day for us. Thank you! Breakfast and dinner were delicious every day. Dinner was changed every time. The beach in front of the hotel is not really accessible, but pretty. Just 50meter from the hotel there is an entrance to the pools with ocean water. Amazing! Strongly recommended!!! You can spend all day there, you may bring your drinks and food or purchase at the small cafes and kiosk (ticket -one way entry, you cannot return).

No parking at the hotel: you need your look for place on the streets (parking is free) but not easy to find. Or park at the mall (about 3 min walk) 50eur for 15 days (buy at the -1 floor of the mall) Honestly it’s worth it.

The location was excellent. There were lots of restaurants you could walk to along the water. The lounge by the pool opened at 5:00 each evening. It was a nice place to sit and have a drink. The gentleman that worked there were very nice. I believe one was named Alejandro and he also gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do. The breakfast was also very good and has a spectacular view of the ocean. The air conditioning in the room worked well.

The check in process is very time consuming. It took at least 15 or 20 minutes to get checked in. I’m not sure why it takes so long. The rooms seemed to be partially renovated. The bathrooms and doors still need to be updated. It seemed like there was work happening while we were there.

The hotel is in a great location, right across from Lago Martianez. A very nice and interesting part of Puerto de la Cruz. The staff is very friendly. The food is very good.

It was impossible to find a sunbed by the pools. Some other H10 hotels with 4 stars (like this hotel) have a much better all inclusive offer. The selection of sweets and cakes could be much better. It would be good if the hotel had a pool with heated water so that it would be possible to swim even when the weather is not good.

The breakfast & dinner were excellent, plenty of choice .All the staff were friendly & helpful. Pool area was very nice ,real sun trap, sometimes difficult to get a lounger The location of the hotel was great, across the prom from the surfers, who were good to watch.

Didn't like our room at all, on the ground floor with bushes outside so when the door was opened flies flew in. It was so dark we had to keep lights on , which didn't make much difference. Would return to hotel but definitely not the front ground floor, only there 3 nights so tolerated it.

The hotel is in an exceptional, beautiful seafront location that is not too crowded or noisy, perfect for a relaxing holiday stay. The staff was friendly and approachable, and the rooms were clean, reasonably modern, and well equipped. Even more so considering the price! We didn't get to try much of the facilities, but the breakfast balcony next to the sea was definitely super enjoyable on sunny days, and the swimming pool area seemed to be well taken care of.

No major downsides. I would have appreciated more bakery options for breakfast (croissants were quite tasty though). However, as any hotel in the area it has to cater to visitors from many different parts of the world.

Superb, tranquil location near to amenities like restaurants, shops and beach. Our balcony had a lovely sea view and the pedestrianised area meant no passing traffic.

The hotel dining area is busy and crowded. The buffet doesn´t offer a lot of variety. We avoided it after the second day, as it wasn´t relaxing and the food selection was not interesting. Does roasted sausage really count as chopped frankfurters?

FABULOUS SEAFRONT LOCATION. FLAT EASY WALKING TO LOCAL AMENITIES. SPACIOUS AND AIRY ROOM.

BUFFET VARIETY NOT ALWAYS EXCITING, PARTICULARLY IN THE EVENING. THE DINING ROOM IS CROWDED AND DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE WITH PLATES OF FOOD.

We stayed at H10 Tenerife Playa for a 3-day teambuilding trip with a group of 7 and really enjoyed it. The location is fantastic with lovely ocean views, and the food and drink selection was varied and tasty. A big thanks to Mario, one of the managers, for his friendly and professional service, and to the amazing lady at the terrace bar—she worked hard and always served us with a smile!

Only downside was the lack of bottled water at the main bar, which would have been useful for the room at night.

Front desk staff not helpful on arrival. It is hard to understand how to access hotel with a car. We had to understand ourselves how to get baggage from car to hotel. Long wait at reception to ask questions while my husband was waiting with car at dead end street. Later on, staff was more friendly, but we really needed help on arrival.

compared to some other H10 hotels (e.g. H10 Tindaya from Fuerteventura). One would have expected a better and more diverse selection of food, but it must be noted that the food is tasty and well prepared. The selection of cakes and sweets is particularly weak. The staff is very friendly and cooperative.

Very bad weather in Puerto de la Cruz (beginning of October). Lago Martianez is operating without the main large pool (there is no notice of this anywhere - 5 Oct 22 and it will be like this for the next month). The all inclusive offer in this hotel could be better, especially between meals (some other H10 hotels do it much better).
