There was a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere The manager and the volunteers working there were amazing! You really feel home, there are rules because there needs to be, but you can feel the important thing for the staff is for you to have a nice time Dinners are cheap and good, there's free coffee, spices, shower gel and stuff like that The terrace has a really nice view on the beach Perfect to chill and/or hike

The co-working area is small, though never full, and in the least nice part of the hostel It's not the hostel's fault, probably it's more the location, but the average age is very high There was not much space to put the backpack/luggage and the lockers were really bad, you could open them just by removing a screw, but everyone looks so nice you don't really mind

The staff that welcomes is the best part of the place—they are friendly, recommend local restaurants and hiking trails. The place is very peaceful, perfect if we are looking to relax and enjoy the views. From the terrace, there is an incredible view of Teide and the sea, and it's also beautifully decorated. In the morning, a complimentary breakfast is offered, with the option to buy affordable banana breads—a quick and tasty choice. Every night, they host family-style dinners with a variety of options, including pasta, arepas, mustard chicken, paella, or vegetable fajitas. The hostel is super clean, the staff makes you feel at home, and honestly, this is what makes me want to come back without a doubt!!

I liked the place very much, Punta Brava has its charm and it is at the beginning of the beach promenade. Calm place. Several restaurants arround. Women only room. Under-bed drawer served as a locker. I liked having breakfast at the rooftop terace, with a view of the town, beaches and Teide summit. Very nice staff tried their best, they were always kind, helpful.

Fridge - was outdated, not enough space for the number of persons staying here. And not cold enought (I guess it should really be replaced). I would add some more cups as it was always difficult to find a clean one in the afternoon. I do not understand why dishwasher not work. No obvious "night hours" caused that guests were talking loud in the coworking area till after midnight (I needed to go out and tell them, as it was just in front of our room).

This is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in! The best part is the amazing staff. A big thanks to Alejandro, who helped me with my reservation in the calmest, easiest, and friendliest way – exactly what any tourist could hope for. Thank you so much, Alejandro! The hostel is also very clean! The bathrooms and common areas are always tidy, which makes it really nice to be here. The bedding is great too, with comfortable mattresses for a good night’s sleep. Also, the Hostel folks organized a lovely Xmas dinner for us, and cooked delicious meals. It was so family-like 🥹 I highly recommend this hostel and will definitely stay here again!

I really loved my stay in the hostel. The atmosphere was very friendly, the personnel was amazing. The hostel has everything you expect from that type of accommodation. Very easy to access, it's not situated in the center of the city, you have to walk a bit, but that I really appreciated as well, it's not that busy and touristic zone. And it's just 15 min from the main bus station, if not it's accessible by car (which I recommend for the whole stay on Tenerife, it makes your life and all the trip easier ahah). Beside the fact, I had to move from women dorm to the mixed one in the middle of my stay there, I have nothing to point out as a negative. I would really recommend same as the whole chain of Nest hostels on Tenerife. <3

I would appreciate some possibilities of group trips with a shuttle to natural parks etc. which propose the other Nest hostels. If you don't have a car, it's pretty complicated to make a trips from Puerto de la Cruz.

The hostel is cozy, clean, and has a very friendly staff who are always ready to help. I loved that they organize activities inside, which makes it easy to meet other travelers and feel part of a community. It’s just a short walk to both the beach and the town, and even though I was traveling solo, I felt completely safe and comfortable here. The rooftop common area with views of the ocean and the town was especially cozy and perfect for relaxing at any time of the day!

Honestly, everything was great – I have no complaints.

Gorgeous views from the rooftop. A desk where I could work with my laptop. Every day cleaning (cleaning lady is great!). A bit remote from the city center but feels more local being on a lovely peninsula. Hostel group whatsapp chat where guests can connect for activities. Free muffins in the morning.

Wish some volunteers gave a damn about their work: not very welcoming, playing loud music and talking during late hours is not the best impression. Not whole lot of activities compared with other hostels in the group. Automatic lights are awful when people are using bathroom during the night, also very bright lights in rooms. No airport shuttle although the page said otherwise.

The location is great, close to the beaches and in a quiet area. A nice stroll along the beaches leads to the bus station from where one can get anywhere. Parking is easily available in the streets. The staff and volunteers are super friendly and knowledgeable on what to do in the area. The roof terrace is great and one gets easily in touch with other travellers. The place is clean and the staff makes sure that the night‘s rest is respected. Pleasantly quiet over night.

No space really to dry clothes.

Super hostel, it's in Tenerife. In Puerto, it is the best option for price and convenience and views from the roof of the lounge area. View of the mountains, the ocean. Beaches are a 4-minute walk in either direction. Loro Park is nearby. For some, it's a big plus. The hostel is more for active and sociable people. Where lovers of mountains, surf, sports, communication meet. In one day, you can meet a lot of very interesting and different people. The staff is very nice and always happy to help with any issues. The kitchen is comfortable, there are a lot of things to eat, there are various additional products: seasonings, oils... There are a lot of refrigerators. Sign your products and it's better to pack them. There's a barbecue on the roof. There's a washer, the staff will proktrrl and wash your things for €4. You can leave your belongings after the last night of your stay, and you can leave them until 8 pm. The front door to the hostel is controlled through a numerical code lock, very cool. The price is the most affordable. I'll definitely visit again.

The lockers of the drawers for seeing things under the beds are weak.

We recently spent a delightful 9 nights at this hostel, and it was an experience to remember. The location couldn't be better, as it's just a short walk to the beach, making it perfect for enjoying the sun and sea. The atmosphere is simply amazing, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. One of our favourite spots was the rooftop terrace, which offers stunning views. It was a pleasure to enjoy our coffee and meals there, soaking in the beautiful scenery. Our room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest after a day of exploring. During our stay, we met many lovely people, adding to the hostel's charm. It's a place that welcomes guests of all ages, filled with free-spirited, adventurous, and interesting individuals. The staff, including the volunteers, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. For those who work remotely, there's a designated workspace, which is a great feature for digital nomads. Overall, our stay at the hostel felt like being at home. We will definitely return if we find ourselves in Puerto de la Cruz again. It was truly a home away from home!
