We really enjoyed our stay here. We felt very welcomed from the very first minute when we arrived at the hotel - the receptionist not only gave us clear instructions and information about the hotel but also told us lots of useful things about the city and the island, the places worth visiting etc., this was really nice. The room had a lot of facilities, the view was perfect - we could see both the mountains and the ocean from the very top floor. We could relax in the pool area, there were nice gardens, a minigolf, a gym and other facilities. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy.

It could be nice if there was a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee, but that is really just one minor thing, evertyhing was superb.

The garden area was amazing with many different outside sport activities, benches, plants, etc. There were 3 outdoor pools and a breathtaking sea view both from the pool area and our room, and also from the restaurant of the hotel. The staff was super kind, helpful & friendly. We had only breakfast at the hotel and we were satisfied with the great selection of food there. We also tried the beach bar/restaurant of the hotel and it was a great experience as well, nice food and cocktails. All in all we had an amazing time at the hotel and we will definitely come back when we visit Tenerife again. :) *extra appreciation for the hotel for surprising us upon arrival with an upgraded room that turned out to be a big suit with sea view (from 2 terraces/ no extra charges) & also for getting our room ready earlier than the official check-in time without a problem. An idea for the future// I would suggest for either have one of the coffee machines with plant based milk or just have a separate foam maker machine as some type of plant based milks are already available. I am aware the need for that may be lower but I would truly enjoy the availability for a nice, foamy coffee with plant based milk and i'm certain there are many more individuals. :)

I really enjoyed my stay at Precise resort!. For me, it felt like a paradise, where I could completely unwind , rest & recharge. The sea view room was so beautiful,  the views breathtaking.  The hotel facilities are excellent,  first class gym, beautiful manicured gardens, mini golf, tennis& paddle courts & 3 pools!  The breakfast option,  buffet was extensive with a huge variety.  The location for me was fine about 25 mins beautiful coastal walk with many charming places along the way!. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus into town 6 times a day (return) .  Loro park is a short stroll away. The hotel resort has excellent dining options, there are also many restaurants & cafes close by in Punta Brava. The staff are wonderful, so friendly &  helpful.  It really was a pleasure to stay here, I will definitely return!

A Beautiful Stay with Stunning Ocean Views I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. From the balcony, you can watch the waves crash against the rocky shore – a truly mesmerizing sight. The room was clean, peacefully arranged, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

Honestly, nothing to complain about — everything exceeded my expectations

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic - very convenient, with an absolutely breathtaking view of the ocean. The hotel itself offers great facilities, including a gym, which is SUPER important for us. The grounds are beautiful, and the breakfasts were excellent. We’d definitely love to come back!

If there’s anything that could be improved, we’d suggest updating the room interiors a bit, and fixing the Wi-Fi, our DIGI sim-cards 70% of time didn't work good, so this is important.

Every day we woke up knowing a great breakfast selection awaits us. Plenty of tables and an outstanding view of the sea. Regular shuttle buses to the beach and Centro Comercial Martiánez. The hotel is situated very close to the allfamous Loro Parque. Also liked the option to skip room cleaning for the following day in exchange for a coupon for 2 drinks.

To point out some downsides to our trip. Since our visit was before the main season, there was a lot of work around the hotel. Cleaning + painting the pools, fixing some balcony tiles (mornings were a bit loud), paiting the main lobby and so on.. But I guess this was the right time for it. In any case, after breakfast we left the hotel and went discovering the island. So it didn't trouble us much at all.

Stunning ocean view! However, be aware that the waves crashing against the shore can be quite loud, especially during intense swell conditions. That said, we still managed to sleep well. Fantastic breakfast with a good selection, including gluten-free options. Overall, the facilities and service were very good. Though the hotel is a bit far from the city center, shuttle buses are available, and it’s a lovely walk along the coastline.

The bedding was disappointing—a single, small cover for two people, which felt insufficient. Also, it was a bit unusual as it wasn’t inside a duvet cover. After requesting a second blanket, we received one, as well as an iron, which was helpful.

- friendly staff - very nice pool and other activities on site (padel, yoga, pilates, bingo) - very nice view of the ocean, the coastline and the sunset - good breakfast - nice lounge for drinks

- very noisy because of the ocean, the windows of the balcony weren’t very helpful to mask the noise (we had a sea view room, don’t know if it is the same on the other side of the hotel) - expensive parking, but we used the free one across the street next to the baseball field, though it was in a dirt field (be careful because there aren’t crosswalks)

The property is very clean,roomed cleaned everyday its not noisy.Food is amazing.You get a glass of wine to welcome you.The staff are also kind and good.

It is on top of a hill so the noise of the watee hitting the rock is too loud and the screeching noise of the blacony doors due to the strong wind the whole night was too much.Apart from that the hotel is mainly full of old Germans its more for the older people majority german pensioniers.For children i would not recommend.But anyone that loves peace and quiet this the best place for you.

The resort's lush botanical garden was a highlight of my stay, offering tranquil spaces perfect for sunset yoga and relaxation. The architecture is truly unique, warm and charming in every detail. The view on the ocean is incredible! I really enjoyed my morning coffee overlooking the big blue cuddled by the sound of the waves. What really sets this resort apart is its extraordinary staff, so friendly. They made me feel instantly at home. I found myself wishing I could have extended my stay. From the stunning grounds to the exceptional service, this resort exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a memorable stay in Tenerife.
