First hotel in Spain on a long 5 week trip that was organized and had a stellar front desk. They are extremely helpful with check in, parking and seeing sites. After a few expensive mishaps this was a wonder! Our room was spectacular and the bathroom had great detailing as separate toilet, shower and huge bath. As a designer I appreciated the shower floor slightly angled where the water flows out! Huge applause. As standing in more expensive less well designed water pulling up in shower is super annoying. The bath again is huge! Fills fast and somehow the water has a softener? It’s felt silky and luxurious. The upstairs scenic rooftop bar/restaurant has stunning valley/old city/bullring views to die for and the free cocktail is a nice touch. The beds at are soft and sheets luxurious. Same for towels and lotions etc. Huge closet space and high end decor. Loved everything.

My pet peeve is European breakfast staff. No smiles and throwing dishes around like it’s the Olympic disk throwing competition. The hotel breakfast is good but could not find the omelette guy so went into the kitchen. It’s states open till 10:30 am but they slam and toss everything around starting at 10:00am which if you come down late is very annoying and not what you want to hear at 10:00am. They also turned off the lights not joking and left at 10:27am. So we sat in the dark finishing our food. I would pass on the breakfast as you can get great pastry and coffee in many places on the streets below in a lively atmosphere.

Great location in the city center next to the Plaza de Toros. Beautiful hotel on the inside, very good breakfast and friendly staff. We had a family room which was very big. Parking is not too far away.

Arriving at the hotel was hectic for us, we arrived when the whole city centre was stuck in traffic. You can unload your luggage by parking across the street but this wasn't clear for us when we arrived. The hotel has a deal with a local underground parking, we arrived at this parking and it was full so we needed to wait a bit. These are only minor things, we loved our stay here.

The hotel is in the perfect location to see Ronda at its best. Opposite the bull ring and a short walk to the main sights. The suite rooms have a great view, and quite large so it is easy to relax. The airconditioning is not very strong but goes to a very low temperature so if you leave it on through the day the room is very comfortable. Parking is also very easy. The hotel have a valet service meaning you can park straight outside the door. Or, you can park directly at the carpark and they will still handle payment at a discounted daily rate. Staff are very polite and helpful. One of the nicest hotels I have used within the groups chain so far.

Hard to fault the hotel. As the hotel is central, it can be noisy and difficult to navigate the tourist groups who stop outside. We were also unfortunate to stay when there was a festival and concert in the town as part of local celebrations. This level of noise meant we didnt sleep until 3am, however, thats really outside of the hotels control, and if anything was enjoyable if your prepared to sit and watch the show.

The breakfast is always very poor we found there is not a lot of choice. You have to wait a long time if you want an egg or anything as the chef is not always near. Scrambelled eggs were too watery and bacon was as too hard couldn’t cut it. Croissants were not cooked enough. It’s a shame as everything is amazing but the breakfasts let it down for the hotel when you look at other 4 and 5 star hotels which breakfasts are amazing with great choices. We have stayed at your hotel for years but will not have the breakfasts again. We paid for the breakfasts for our two night stay but on the last day we didn’t bother to have anything as it let us down. Otherwise your staff, hotel and cleanliness were amazing

Breakfasts and maybe the noise we had through our ceiling at 3am of dragging tables or something woke us up. We were in room 321 and must of been below the roof top bar or something as it was noisy.

Genuinely can’t rate this hotel highly enough. The value was excellent, rooms were lovely, so smart and so clean. We had Deluxe Rooms. Beds were huge and so comfy, complete black out too for sleep. Bathroom was fabulous, shower was great. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and nice. Valet parking, they offered to store our luggage while we went site seeing after we had checked out. The roof top pool is amazing, jacuzzi and bar service to the sun loungers, looking out over the bullring and Ronda countryside from the pool was incredible. Restaurant also has incredible views and great staff. Food was so good too. Perfect central position to stay at too for the local sites.

The location is exceptional, the hotel was beautiful and clean, the bar and rooftop pool super nice. What we appreciated the most was the warm welcome from Inès at the reception...she gave us a beautiful room for my birthday and made sure l had a cake with a candle waiting for me upon arrival ! Then when we left, the adorable Antonio went to get our car from the nearby parking and helped us carrying our luggage to the car...all these little attentions made a huge difference and we were very touched by it. And what a city, what a view...spectacular !!

The pool was too cold but we still enjoyed the view!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this centrally located hotel in Ronda. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore on foot. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the start. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Although it faced the inner courtyard and didn’t get much natural light, it was still a relaxing and quiet space. The small pool offers a stunning panoramic view — definitely a highlight of our stay.

The parking is a bit far from the hotel, although the drop-off area in front helps. The rooftop dinner team unfortunately misunderstood our reservation time, which caused some confusion and made us miss the chance for what could have been a lovely dinner experience. Also, while the reception team was lovely, we found the breakfast staff to be less friendly and not particularly attentive.

The location was great, very near to everything, especially the bridge. The staff were great - the porter meets your taxi outside and helps with suitcases and so helpful with explaining the area and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and room clean. The pool was just breathtaking looking over the bullring. Thank you to everyone - will definitely be back

The pool area is small but this is a luxury and we did manage to find a chair when we went up there. Did not try the breakfast as we prefer to eat later in the day so can’t comment

Everything. This was the most special stay we have ever enjoyed & we have been travelling for over 40 yrs. From check in to check out the staff were so accommodating & attentive. They park your car for you too. The location is exceptional - overlooking the bullring saves an excursion. Such a dreamy view from the roof top bar. You can walk to all attractions & tapas bars within minutes. The room was spacious & offered all facilities for a luxury stay. The staff were incredible. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough - it would be my go too if we visit Ronda again

Centrally located hotel with welcoming staff , easy walking to the old town sights and also shopping and restaurants. The park opposite and walkways ideal for dog walking with magnificent mountain far reaching views. Dog friendly - large dog bed and feeding bowls in room. Large room, comfortable bed and good shower. Restaurant with great views- good food and service. Bar with amazing terrace views.Breakfast tasty with good variety of choices. Offer to join a rewards system gave 10 % off hotel food and drink - very welcome.

Some of the room fittings a little tired - eg a wobbly standard lamp propped up with a chair. Not keen on the leatherette bed cushions - nit picking really! No on site car park but able to park opposite to unload luggage and directed to a nearby car park at €16 for 24 hrs.
