Breakfast, view, car park and staff

A festival on the beach directly outside the hotel meant it was noisy with construction work on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday before the main concert on Saturday. The beach was not relaxing and we were asked to move sun beds to make space. The hotel should have made us aware in advance of arriving

Peaceful and relaxing. About 15mins (about 30 euros) to get to the main party areas. The food at dinner was amazing.

Nothing really. But the pool towels should be replaced more frequently. I found I had to ask for them sometimes, but it’s not a big deal.

Clean, beautiful decoration, by the beach, quite. Perfect for couples!

Parking too small, sometimes not spaces. I expected from this level of chain and hotel to have beach bags in the room. Bring your own from home.

- The hotel was recently renovated and redesigned in great style, its comfortable and relaxing. - The breakfast and all restaurants in the hotel are brilliant. - Guests have access to the neighboring Hikton hotel, especially appreciated due its much nicer pool club area. - The hotel has regular live mudic and complementary activities for small groups which are a very nice touch. - The staff is overall very nice and friendly (except one brown haired receptionist with poor english skills)

- Note that Deluxe rooms are not on the seaview side if the hotel! Those are overlooking the other hotel and its pool area. - Terrace was not cleaned regularly, which after rainy days got quite dirty. - Minibar prices are not displayed anywhere and respective minibar charges shared at checkout were mostly wrong in our case. - Registration/cancellation of activities seems to be a ragher error prone - would reccomment making it part of the hotel app.

The newly renovated hotel was perfectly located within a short distance to the local beach. The breakfast and dinner options were very good quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was fantastic with comfortable sun loungers and very relaxing with staff on hand to order poolside drinks and meals. The caves we visited nearby were a highlight of our stay.

Unfortunately the noise from the 2 local beach restaurants was disturbing late at night. Loud voices and music could be heard down on the beach from our hotel room balcony. The location is quite remote so definitely hire a car unless you are happy to pay for long taxi rides.

The staff at this hotel is a real asset. We were treated like royalty. The hotel has only been open a few weeks so some staff members are still learning the ropes but their enthusiasm puts many other establishments in Ibiza to shame. The views from the hotel are breath taking - be sure to request a sea view. Rooms are beautifully furnished and the most comfortable beds I’ve come to expect from Hilton. Great shower pressure, constant temperature and luxury toiletries and fluffy towels in the rooms. Breakfast is wonderful, so much choice, items cooked to order, and plenty of fresh fruit. Dinner and wine list reasonably priced by Ibiza standards. The beach is a bonus - incredibly calm, crystal clear waters. There’s a serene calmness to the resort, which helped ensure we ended our trip to Ibiza feeling rejuvenated. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Best place we have stayed in Ibiza.

great location, and as previous guests of The Club Cala San Miguel Hotel we enjoyed being able to have dinner and drinks at The Club hotel, and breakfast on the terrace at Cala San Miguel Hotel. Food at both was amazing, staff were friendly with prompt service, and room balcony views were stunning.

Nothing of significance to impair our stay, just a few comments: Limited space in the room to store 2 suit cases, (no room under the bed and not enough room in the wardrobe). Sparse on complimentary drinks - only 1xcaf and 1xdecaf capsules per day for 2 guests. Some questionable design with the gutters from the floors above emptying directly onto the balconies below, as we discovered when we left swimwear out to dry. It had the feeling of a new hotel (which it is) still encountering some teething problems. But would we stay there again? Yes we would, but probably back at the Club Cala San Miguel Hotel next door.

The hotel opened around 10 days ago and everything is new after the renovation. It is very calm and relaxing, no loud music, just the opposite of the party hotels in San Antonio. The hotel shares territory with Club Cala, so you have access to 2 pools, a beach bar and 2 restaurants. Italian restaurant on the 8 floor is worth visiting for views only, service was somewhat unrefined, but food was good. Prices are reasonable - 4€ for small beer, 28€+ for a bottle of wine. The buffet restaurant in Club Cala is 35€ pp without drinks, it was worth the money. Breakfast is amazing with cava, salmon and jambon iberico served plus the possibility to order dishes such as eggs Benedict from the menu. All the rooms in the hotel have great views, half of them face cala, the remaining overlook pool. Guests of the hotel have free access to sunbeds on the beach. As for the location, views of Cala San Miguel and the nature are amazing, but there are not many things to do there. As for the room, the bed was huge and comfy, there was a fridge, aircon worked well.

Absence of large mirror and the brand of toiletries - they didn’t smell well to me.

Honestly, this hotel was great. It's modern, peaceful, and has a stylish interior. The beachfront location is a big plus, and having two pools allows for a nice change of scenery whenever you want. The buffet is also quite good. I paid around 250 to 300 euros per night, but I see the price has already gone up to 500 euros. I don't think they should raise their rates because, at that price, you could likely find something better. I'll definitely return if the price remains around the same.

What I didn't like was the loud music. The hotel generally feels peaceful, but occasionally there's loud music at the pool. I get that we're in Ibiza, but this hotel has a more tranquil vibe, so I would have expected relaxing, chill music rather than party tunes.

Staff are excellent couldn’t be more attentive if they tried without being evasive either. The staff you dream of in a hotel. We even had a hiccup with our hotel and they sorted it all out without putting us under any stress at all and just felt so looked after. Would come back for the staff alone , the general manger in particular was amazing when when we booked the wrong hotel and sorted everything for us with such ease really felt like five star service from the staff! The resort itself is beautiful , lovely pools there is two which isn’t clear from the booking photos. One of the pools is beautifully shaded and quiet for a relaxed swim and the other is more of a busy vibe with some very tame party vibe which is lovely. The activities provided by the hotel are top notch , and also provided free of charge which is amazing. The only suggestion is that they start after breakfast service is done (personal preference more than a fault). Hotel is amazing if you can a relaxing trip to Ibiza, but also if you want to go into the town this is with ease as hotel can book you taxi so quickly which is amazing. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you Casa for making the awesome fun hotel without being crazy party and having staff they really go above and beyond!!

It is about 35/40 mins from the centre not a fault but just to consideration. Also the road down to property isn’t the easiest road if you are fearful of lots and twists and turns but well worth the journey in my opinions. Only suggestion from our stay is that the pool menu/lunch menu in the hotel could be more versatile felt like there was of sand which and burgers would be great to get a few more options here in terms of light bites instead of traditional lunch. ( just a suggestion)
