Very convenient for the airport, lots of free parking outside (or you can pay for more secure parking), comfortable room, breakfast started at 6am so possible to eat before an early departure.

There was a kettle, but no black tea in the room. Reception sent me to the bar who charged me 4 Euros per teabag.

Hotel was perfect - comfortable bed - amazing shower etc.

The shuttle from the airport was a nightmare. I was one of the first on the queue for the small minibus. The others were families … I put my bag in the back but the families sent one person to the back with bag so by the time I went to board seats were taken or kept. The bus was unloaded to remove my bag as I was the only solo traveller. The driver said he would come straight back for me in 15 min. I was collected 1 hour later. Basically I spent 1 and a half hours at the airport pick up point watching and waiting. When I mentioned it at the hotel they laughed! Very poor from an otherwise excellent hotel.

The location and facilities. There's a shopping mall with a very big supermarket beside it, enough fast food and restaurants to choose from. We also enjoyed the spa facilities of the hotel. The room was clean and has a pleasant temperature. The beds were comfortable. We slept well all throughout our stay. The free shuttle service to/from the airport and free wifi are definitely a plus.

The hotel was clean and the room was very nice and modern. We had one of the premium rooms since the spa was included and about the same price if you paid for it. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and modern. The spa was nice and worth it if you have time to relax before your flight home the next day. Breakfast was pretty good but busy. There really isn’t any other place to eat for dinner so we had the buffet at the hotel. It was good but not fantastic. The shuttle to the airport was great, very close and there was only one other person. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an early morning flight out.

Check in/check out: simple and they were kind enough to let us check in before the time. This was VERY appreciated! Check out was simple. Room: decent size and comfortable. Just like pics. We had a ugly roof back of hotel view but it was used for sleep. Keep in mind. The bathroom was great EXCEPT we could not keep the door closed. It was a glass swinging door, but no lock on it. We only stayed one night and didn't wake early enough for breakfast but looked like a buffet. Location: 25 to 30 min outside of the actual city of Barcelona. Depending on where you go. But it had a shuttle to and from the hotel and that was our selling point for the end of our trip.

Airport Shuttle driver is timely and very nice and helpful. The hours are also very good. The young man (trainee) at the front desk forgot to phone the taxi I requested at 11.50. I had to wait about 25 min to receive one. The taxi driver told me they did not phone until 19 minutes after I had asked twice if they actually phoned for one. The taxi driver has an app showing when they receive the phone call from the Hotel. I asked why they were so late but it was not the taxi driver it was the front desk. The taxi driver showed me. I was on t he way to the Santa train station and needed to be there by a certain time or miss the train.!! Please pay attention to your guests abit more and there requests. Booking says all taxed are charged and been paid for but they still make you pay the tourist tax even though I am a permanent resident. The cleaning maids the last two times I was there, early in the a.m. you can hear them slamming the vacuum cleaner and beds against the walls. Making very loud bangs over and over from all sidesm as ro say wake up we ant to clean your next!. The rooms across the elevator should be for guests checking out early. I am a local guest and like to use my full check out time getting some much needed sleep. I also asked for toilet paper and there seems to be a shortage as the trollys that the cleaning ladys use never has any on it. Once they told me to ask reception. Noticed that the cleaning ladys also do not speak hardly any Spanish. I speak Spanish, Catalan, English and Italian. Asking for papel hygenico por el lavabo did not work to well this last time. Had to bring an empty out to show her. The TV only has radio channels and very few movie type channels. All in Spanish and you can not plug in your lap top to mirror the screen. A huge mistake on thsi hotels part.

The bar needs despèrate help. The men working there are good as they can be doing several jobs at once.! However, the women working there desperately need new training on how to use the register (Caixa). They laughed at us when I pointed out they were traying to double charge for a water costing 2.90 for a 1 1-2 ltr. Pricing expensive (there is a store next door but the hours differ' closed on Sundays) also horrible service from the women. Ice bucket are pretty impossible to get and no more than a few cubes of ice in a paper cup is what will you receiver when requesting. Most hotels in the world offer ice machines to their guests or at the leats a bucket of ice (cubete).

The hotel’s location is excellent, with the added convenience of a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport—a fantastic bonus! We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful picnic provided in place of our breakfast, as we had an early morning flight. The picnic breakfast was delicious and there were many items in it. The room itself was modern and featured a comfortable bed. We thoroughly enjoyed dining on the outdoor restaurant patio, where we received great service and good food. Sitting outside in the sunshine was a highlight. Special mention goes to the two bartenders, who were friendly and welcoming, contributing to a great overall experience. Having a large shopping mall adjacent to the hotel was incredibly convenient for last-minute purchases. I even picked up a bottle of wine and some snacks for our journey. All in all, a wonderful stay with thoughtful touches and excellent amenities.

The front desk check in woman wasn’t very friendly and even though a picnic breakfast was offered by her, as we had an early morning flight, she forgot to make a note of it, so in the morning a different front desk woman said there isn’t any picnic for you, we said well there are bags over there, surely we can have one of those please, then she questioned us if in fact it was ordered, well we wouldn’t know about the picnic if it wasn’t offered to us, a bit disorganized, but the picnic was lovely. No English shows on the TV — that was disappointing.

The location was perfect for the airport and a quick taxi downtown is easy. The staff was very kind. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the facility that was very good and reasonably priced. The heated lounge beds in spa area was comforting. Appreciated that, even through we had to leave very early to catch a flight, they packed us a breakfast to take with us. The airport shuttle was quick and effortless.

LOL, what I thought was going to be a hot tub jacuzzi was actually an ice splunge.

The airport shuttle service is good, finding the location for the shuttle at Terminal 1 was a challenge, even though the hotel sent directions, but we eventually found it. Rooms were quiet and comfortable, hotel is close to a shopping area, so quiet handy for the last minute necessities.

Although there was plenty of choice for breakfast, I wouldn’t pay the price for it again, for us it wasn’t worth it. Choice of cereal was limited, the toast machine took 4 tries before the bread looked like toast. The hot breakfast was anything but hot!! Luke warm at best. I asked for a spoon for my cereal and eventually gave up as it never arrived, the lack of cutlery was ridiculous. Most things were running out and it took an age to replenish them. As I said, this was our experience, I would hope that this was just a bad day and not a regular occurrence.

We booked this hotel which is close to the airport as we had a early morning flight the next day . The beds were large. The dinner was about 16 Euros and worth it , it was a very extensive buffet+ selected main course .The kids' meal was about 12 Euros ,my children enjoyed the dessert section the most ! There is a very large shopping center right next to this hotel ,whether it is clothes or food there is everything you can think of . The free airport shuttle was a huge plus point especially early morning time ,the driver was very helpful with the luggage.
