The way I was treated by staff was very good They understand my need because I have one year and 2 boys 5 and 8 My check-in was done very quickly Thanks for all the team

None spoke or email me about term conditions of check in suppose doing by WhatsApp And I arrived between 19:00-20:00 and the building was closed without staff because the hours work is 09::00- 17:00. From that time none answering the phone call I have to pay cash another place to sleep for another day to do check-in. In the next day 08:50am one of the female staff spoke to me explaining the condition and situation was done. Apart of that,we have great time thanks again for all team members.

The property was clean, great decoration. You would hear a little bit noise from above floor (showering) but not so much from outside. Both bed and sofa bed were comfortable. We were on the 3 floor. The team was prompting answering and provided extra towels when necessary. Overall it’s good and well located. Easy check in and check out. There’s shower gel provided and air con!!!

We thought that would be nice to have maybe a coffee machine for some kind of coffee pods or a toaster for the bread. That would add bit more of value. Otherwise well equipped. Also there’s no hairdryer. If possible it’s something nice to have when we go abroad.

We received the password via message. We were able to enter the apartment at the time we wanted. The apartment was in a very central location. During the entire vacation, we could walk to everywhere. The bed and blanket were comfortable and clean. When I requested a hair dryer, they brought it immediately.

It would have been much more convenient if disposable slippers were provided for the bathroom. Instead of shampoo, there was soap in the shower.

We were in a great location to explore Seville. We stayed for 6 days and there are still many things we have left to visit. The room was quiet, but we were still within easy walking distance of many places to eat and evening entertainment. The hosts were very responsive via WhatsApp. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days we opted not to have room cleaned, but they still refreshed toilet rolls and towels. Kitchen equipment was OK for basic meals. But there are so many great places to eat nearby we didn't eat any thing complicated. A small Carrefour Express 200m away.

When we arrived the cleaning fluid smell was so strong I could barely sleep, so we asked not to be cleaned halfway. But a couple of days opening windows and the smells cleared. There was nowhere to unpack clothes to, being there for 6 days it would have been nice to unpack and not be living from suitcases the whole time. Sadly there was no view. There was a roof skylight but the roof terrace faced a wall.

Great location, nice to have an area to chill and watch tv and have dinner. Bright modern apartments and easy to access. Decent sized fridge and kitchen amenities.

It could have been a bit cleaner, the shower definitely was not cleaned properly before us. The AC units clearly are not cleaned well at all either as I became very ill after only one night of sleeping with the AC on (window in bedroom didn’t open so not many other options). I thought it was strange that they do 2 single beds rather than double beds and don’t say anything in advance. Stayed on the weekend and there’s quite a loud bar nearby that goes on til early hours of the morning

The location was great, not too touristy but still close to the centre. Lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby, and a small Carrefour just around the corner. We asked for apartments close to each other and got 2 right next door from one another which was excellent. Reception were contactable by WhatsApp and were very responsive. We arrived early on the day of check in and were able to leave our bags and go have lunch around the corner while we waited.

We were a group of 4 women so would have loved some extra towels but we got extras after a day or two. No complaints!

Spacious apartment, easy check in despite arriving a little later than usual. Could have and should have stayed longer. Although I never met anyone working for the apartment, WhatsApp was easy to reach them. Location is great also, just in the right place to so many places.

Expecting it to be hotter (I'm from the UK), I left the windows open on the first night. You only need one or 2 people in either of the bars to speak at medium volume for it to echo around the set of buildings around the apartment. This carried on til 4 in the morning which I later realised was because of the nightclub downstairs. Suspect the club is below ground level as I couldn't hear music. The windows / doors when closed blocked out sound very well and air con is easy to use so this offsets that problem but it should be noted also.

We loved how cheap it was for a 5 nights accommodation and the location is great because we were near everything : the basic fit gym, the shops, the groceries, the monuments. Bonus : the building always smells nice. We also love the fact that the bedroom was separated.

Could’ve had extra toilet paper and towels ; and have oil, pepper and salt in the kitchen to cook because it’s such a waste of money to buy those especially for those who only stay up to 3 nights i suppose.

Location very central . Bed was comfortable and place was clean Close to Alameda deHercules which I very lively, recommend Arte y Sabor for food

Unfortunately as central location right beside disco why seemed to start at 11pm and continue on to 3 am , despite being on fourth floor could hear music and people chatting on the streets after disco . No hairdryer or bed room lamp which would have been helpful

The location was perfect and near for everything walking The neighborhood is safe and calm The apartment was perfectly clean and cozy it had everything we needed for❤️ The support team was super nice they even upgrade our studio to apartment when they know we have a child

The pillows wasn't comfortable There was a sound like AC working all the time bit specially at night was a little noisy
