I understand not every room can have the best view from a hotel, but the difference between the image used to promote it, and what we booked was significant. Having a supermarket adjacent to the hotel comes handy, particularly if you did not add breakfast to your reservation by mistake...

The location of the building is not really that convenient for tourists, but public transportation by bus is a few blocks away. When it comes to the staff, I guess we were spoiled by our stays at other hotels in Spain during the trip, that felt like they offered a little personal touch. The interactions we had with staff at this Exe were entirely transactional. That can be described as Professional, of course, but also as cold, unappealing.

Room was good, no issues and the breakfast was good too. There was the obvious continental option and an attempt at western with eggs, bacon and sausages. Not sure what peoples issues are with the breakfast, we had it everyday and was fine. Staff were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Was good over all. There is a supermarket next door, we shopped in there for food and drinks in the morning and then drove all over around Seville. Also there is a underground hospital carpark that you book in advance that is about a 10-15 minute walk away. We preferred here as it was cool and has 24hr security.

Nothing, was good. I would stay here again if we were to come back to Seville.

Room with queen-size bed, appr. 20-25 sqm. Small desk and fridge (with minibar). Spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower. Wifi quite good. Overall, "standard" hotel room. My room was towards industrial faciliy and train line. Noise from those okay, with curtains closed not hearable. Walking distance to city-center appr. 15min, suppermarket more-or-less within the building, Estadio Benito Villamarin appr. 15min walk. Free Parking in near-by residential area possible.

Walls appear a little thin as I heard my neighbors. Hospital near-by, so expect ambulances. Nevertheless level of noise ok As hotel surrounded by Hospitals and other office or university spaces, very little number of bars in direct vicinity, but within walking distance, appr. 10 min.

There's a supermarket right next to the hotel where you can buy food and eat it right there if you don't feel like going to a restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free hotel WiFi was fast and reliable.

The rooms are getting a bit dated. There was some constant low-frequency noise from the street during the night - air conditioning from the nearby building or something like that. It is a bit unfortunate if one would like to sleep with a window open, although in the end it didn't bother me that much.

I made booking on the day of check-in. On this day, my partner celebrated his birthday and I sent an email with a request to put a personal greeting card and champagne in the room. The answer was received immediately and in a few hours everything was in the room. My partner was very pleased with the surprise. Thank you very much to the lovely girl at the reception for the excellent service. In general, a great location. There is a parking lot. Quite spacious and clean rooms.

Twin beds, but I probably its my fault. I forgot to mention about double bed.

I would have loved to have a pool facilities at the hotel, forgot to check that it exists when booking. Otherwise lovely hotel, big rooms that were very well equipped and clean. The bed was amazing, slept so well. It was close to the university which was perfect. Easy access with buses to the center

Great location if you are going to the Benito Villamarin. Otherwise it is somewhat away from the sights and such. The windows are towards east so the sun starts to warm up the room as soon as it rises and the air conditioning did not seem to be able to keep up and the room got quite hot. The nearby hospital makes sure there is never a fully quiet moment.

A good hotel in a nice area with easy access to food, shops (market place next door) and underground parking connected to the hotel. Decent sized room for a one night or couple of nights stay. Beds - comfortable, clean Bath - decent sized, clean with toiletries all provided AC - good and no issues with cooling the room Parking - Underground garage in the next door building which is a marketplace Staff and service - Friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check out early, leave our baggage in the storage room. Public transport - Access seems to be ok with a train station not far off and bus stops in walking distance. We walked from the hotel to all the places so cannot comment on the public transportation overall. The hotel is a 20/30 mins walking distance from the main areas Restaurants - Within walking distance Breakfast options - We did not include so cannot comment but there is breakfast option. The lobby has a nice, strong coffee vending machines and the espresso was great.

Overall was good

There's is not kettle or coffee machine and even being cleaned we could feel a smell of cigarettes inside the room, what a shame. Should be extremely prohibited to smoke inside in the bedroom. In these we felt very disappointed 😔
