Family of four for few days in hot Seville in May. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Quiet around 4pm and got busier around 6. The hotel is situated next to a shopping centre, near the Seville stadium and about 15 mins walk to the old town. Parking is offered by the hotel at €18 a night. Breakfast was OK but I would skip and try and little bar near the hotel for better value. The rooms were clean, the location was good (we like walking) and the pool was a bonus in heatwave they just had in Seville.

Parking was steep.

- pet friendly - underground parking - good location with lots of shops, bars, restaurants around - clean and spatious rooms

- the staff, while nice and friendly, could have been more proactive: at check-in, we had to ask ourselves about breakfast location and hours and were instead instructed to scan de QR code available in our room “to find out all the information”; then, on one of the evenings we went to reception to validate the parking ticket to go out and returned to several streets around the hotel blocked by police because of a scheduled (Easter-related we think) procession. They never thought of informing us beforehand so we stayed in traffic for an hour instead of a couple of minutes to be able to get access to the hotel’s parking. - breakfast options very limited for its price - only one robe and pair of slippers in the room although the booking was for 2 people

The location has a shopping mall which included a supermarket and a variety of shops. It is air-conditioned which provides a welcome respite from the heat. The parking is the main reason for choosing here and we were able to use public transport to access the palaces and sights. Absolute bonus was the legendary Manuel who runs a rooftop bar by the swimming pool. Top man!

It ticked all the boxes for us.

Everything was superb during my stay at the hotel, with the exception of the bed size and the parking experience. Having previously stayed at the Novotel in Rotterdam, this one in Sevilla lived up to my expectations in many ways. The room's temperature was perfectly maintained, and the Rituals bathroom products were a delightful touch. The room was spacious, and we had everything we needed, except for slippers. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.

However, there were a few downsides. The bed size at 160cm felt quite small, especially considering the room could easily accommodate a king-size bed. The parking process was quite cumbersome. Unlike at another Novotel where I received barrier cards upon arrival, here I had to call at two barriers for exit and struggled to communicate in Spanish with the staff managing the mall parking, which was not directly affiliated with the hotel. Another option was to repeatedly go up to reception to validate the parking ticket, which was quite time-consuming and inconvenient. Additionally, aside from the reception staff, the hotel personnel did not speak English, making communication difficult for those not fluent in Spanish

The location is great! Next door to the stadium, with a shopping mall behind the hotel, with plenty of options for food (in the mall and around the hotel). The staff was nice, the pool was a plus, even though it's small

The elevators were a bit dirty, and the bath tub had some scratches that made it look dirty. Other than those minor things, a good experience overall (as expected)

Very pleasant stay next to the Sevilla FC stadium. Very friendly staff and a very clean and spacious room. We used the optional breakfast once, which was really excellent. As children are for free, the deal for breakfast is pretty ok. City center is around 25 minutes walking, which was very doable or us. Alternatively you can take the subway, which we didn't use ourselves.

We did not like the pillows so much

Booked 3 nights in deluxe room with breakfast which must say it has really good selection of everything. Room was clean and comfortable a bit smaller which I am use to. Overall it is good value for money. Location was also perfect for my needs. Just walking distance from FC Seville stadium and most of the shopping areas.

Trendy feel to the property. Good breakfast. Loved the location right next to the football stadium. Staff very helpful. Handy car park below hotel. Bus stop right outside hotel which went directly into town. Shopping centre next door with outdoor kids play area.

Air conditioning issues in hotel: The air conditioning leaked water into our room the first night. This was quickly resolved. I asked to move room and we were very kindly given an upgrade. The second room’s air conditioning smelt very odd, like sewage. However, we didn’t want to ask to move again so switched it off over night.

Nice room with decent air con, which was cleaned daily to good standards. Good breakfast and attentive staff.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not up to a 4* hotel standards. The lifts’ were a little annoying in peak times and the swimming pool had very turbid water every day. Everything else was fine.

good size room , great location , nice staff , good restaurants not far from the hotel too if you don't want to go back to the busy down town seville , good breakfast ( eventhough expensive) , nice stay after a busy week road trip in Andalousia

the pool and roof terrasse were closed ( not mentioned before we booked) , the Novotel is supposed to be a bit high end these days , the room eventhough comfy was a bit shabby especially the bathroom .
