Marek is fantastic on reception, excellent spoken castellano and very helpful. Informed me of the membership- as it turns out I had to extend my stay so recieved the members' discount. Upgraded to a Seaview. As funny as this sounds, I am travelling with my beloved cat - for business. After staying in various hotels in Mallorca, this is the first straight forward pets policy hotel that includes CATS in their policy not 'pets' meaning dogs only. Love it. Room was super clean, view of the harbour brilliant. Havn't had enough free time to use the pool or massage facilities but glad it was available. Now, the buffet! As a foodie- for 15euros this is immensely worth it. A kebab costs the same. Fresh fish, veg and meat options including sword fish, Paella (not the microwaved touristic kind), great variety of options and a wine for 2.90 euros yes please. Buffet was great and the staff are charming and helpful, very sweet girl from Valencia serving in the restaurant, I can give the food 10/10 for the price and the location is great. Hot running shower and bath, water seems filtered. Very comfortable stay and I would recommend booking direct- there is free public parking 3 minutes walk from the hotel if you're driving from UK like me or renting a car on the island.

Being on business I needed breakfast from 07:00. It opens at 08:00 and I did try the breakfast 2 morning out of 3, but as an early bird and important business to attend- I need that coffee and power breakfast available a bit earlier but on holidays with lay ins I would not make this comment.

This is the 7th time we've been. We have stayed in various rooms and the suite too. Staff are lovely, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is in a fab location, food has a wide variety 😋 and the entertainment is good too.

I've always had an amazing stay here, and when there was a mix-up with our rooms, the staff were quick and helpful and sorted it straight away .

No fault of the hotel but I booked a twin room and got a double it was lack of communication from booking.com to hotel as they had not informed the hotel of the twin bed, the confirmation started double to hotel but on my booking clearly stated single beds!

We had a junior suite, really good room size, comfortable beds, big bathroom and nice shower. Breakfast was superb. Location excellent. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Couldnt fault them at all.

Room looked a bit tired in places, paint flaking off in the bathroom and mouldy sealant in the bathroom area. Rest of room was fine but could have done with a few soft furnishings, a couple of pictures on some very plans looking walls would make a difference. Communal areas also very plane and a bit tired looking. Pool was a nightmare getting a bed so we didn’t bother as didn’t want to get up at 6am. Inland views from the junior suites aren’t great but for us a worthwhile compromise for the larger rooms.

We chose this place to spend some days chilling after our wedding. Everything was wonderful, the attention of the staff, the place, just in front of the sea and the local port, nice breakfast and swimming pool. You also have activities and plans organized by the staff so no time to get bored.

Location is excellent. The sea-view room is very nice. Most of the staff are excellent and extremely helpful. House-keeping does a really good/consistent job. Breakfast choice is generally good.

Walls are paper thin. Plumbing needs an upgrade (lack of hot water at times) The night we arrived, the person behind the bar said he was "out of beer" and that making cocktails wasn't possible. So we strolled a few metres to the hotel next door and were able to get drinks without any problem (approx 10:30/11pm local time). We didn't bother using 'our hotel' bar for the rest of the holiday because of this initial experience.

Great pool, both indoors and outside. Gym is pretty good as well.

The entertainment guy was a little bit annoying. I understand that getting people involved with the events is his job, but at some point, we were trying to avoid him in the lobby as he persist to summon us to a concert that wasn't really our thing. The TV is also VERY OLD. No Netflix on a 4 Star Hotel, in 2023, is a disappointment.

The room was clean and had a lovely view of the harbour. The breakfast was plentiful and cooked well.

It was difficult some days to get a lounger by the pool as people seem to get up at 6am to put towels on them and then not actually use them until mid afternoon. A no reserve policy would be better so all guests get the opportunity to use them.

Located exactly where we need to be had been before like the facilities

Although the room was lovely, it was a little tired little old in places

Location - superb views of harbour, sunrise , sunsets,. Adults only so perfect relaxation. Indoor and outdoor pools and plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Clean and very comfprtable. Great selection for breakfast food. Eco friendly toiletries. Table and chsirs inside and out of large seaview room
