Excellent location. Staff friendly and helpful. You can drive up to the hotel through some very narrow streets and park next to the hotel to check in and unload. A member of staff will then guide you to a locked parking garage about a 100 meters further down where they have reserved places. After check out similar procedure. You then again drive through some pretty narrow one way streets out of the ‘casco viejo’

Dark room . Room was spacious enough and beds comfortable. The window/ double door didn’t let in much light and there wasn’t much of a view, just court yard, but I guess that is the nature of these old buildings.

The location was excellent. Great garage parking - which can only be reserved early on the day of arrival. Lovely, well managed, friendly hotel. It was like a massive rabbit-warren! Ideal for a couple of nights. Great rooftop terrace for views of the city. We should have booked an upgraded room with Juliette balcony as ours overlooked an inner courtyard so was quite dark. Lots of tourists in town, so very busy. Most restaurants opened around 9pm, but managed to grab an early meal outside in a piazza bar/restaurant.

Lovely hotel in a great location, with very friendly staff. The views from the terrace at night are spectacular. Breakfast was also incredible value.

Access by car to the hotel was by the narrowest of roads, with buildings on both sides. How the car wasn't scraped is a miracle. We are used to driving down narrow streets in Spain and Italy, but this was truly a nerve -wracking experience. The parking was also challenging, given we were asked to reverse down a narrow ramp into the space. Having said that, the hotel person advising us how to manoeuvre was absolutely wonderful

Very nice location, stunning rooftop terrace with seating area and city view.

There was no bin in the room, only a tiny one in the bathroom. There was limited a la carte choice for breakfast, no buffet. At least a coffee machine and a jug of juice would be nice so that we could help ourselves without asking the staff. We found out that the fridge turns itself off when you leave the room because it's connected in the same circuit as lights so don't leave any food or drinks there during the day because you'll find them having room temperature when you come back in the evening.

Everything! The hotel is in a prime position close to the cathedral but away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. It has a roof terrace with amazing views where you can relax and for 7 euros get a bottle of wine and glasses from reception to sit upstairs and enjoy the views. We had a room with a view of the cathedral which was well worth the extra money. Baggage storage is free.

Nothing. Do be aware though that this is a small hotel So if you arrive early to check into your room as we did you may have to wait until a member of staff is free to attend to you. Just be patient and have a stroll around until you room is ready.

What a great place…awesome roof terrace overlooking the old town, and the most beautiful foyer area before you get to your room.

Excellent location very near the Cathedral and lovely roof terrace overlooking the City. The decor was traditional with lots of decorative tiling on the walls. The air conditioning was very effective. I had a group of 11 bikers with 11 motorbikes and they arranged underground parking across the road. Breakfast was very good and reasonable. You do have to ride over cobblestones and through narrow streets as you are going uphill in the old town. We walked to La Abadia for dinner - underground cellar style with very unusual toilets - good value too.

Locationwise, the two-star Hotel Santa Isabel is excellent - within walking distance from the Cathedral, in one of the many narrow streets of the old city. The staff is obliging and the accommodation is decent. You can have a typical Spanish breakfast - not extraordinary but not poor. The room in which we stayed was OK, but not more. There is an underground parking costing 14 Euros per day - a bit too much.

The one thing that could have been really better was the bathroom. It was very small and the shower cabin was a huge challenge whenever you stepped in.

Right in the old town of Toledo the hotel is a perfect place to explore the city by walking. The adventure starts in case you are arriving by car since you have to squeeze through the narrow streets of old town of Toledo. If the car is not to big and you've made a reservation you can use the hotels underground parking. Don't miss the hotels roof top terrace and the great view for a break during the day or the stunning view on the illuminated Toledo. For breakfast you can select between different packages. We loved the hot sandwiches!

The Santa Isabel is an amazing place! I would stay again if I am back in Toledo. The location is on a beautiful street and the rooftop terrace is stunning. The view from there was one of the best of the trip. You can go up the rooftop anytime before midnight. The room was spacious and clean with a gorgeous view out the window. The beds were especially comfortable. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. They gave us a map of the city with great recommendations. You can walk easily from Plaza Zocodover or get a taxi. Overall fantastic experience.
