We really enjoyed our holiday at Sol Principe. I think the main issue we had were that every single one of the outdoor pools was absolutely freezing, meaning our little boy was unable to go in them which was a shame. Also only 1 bar being open in the main hotel, not near the children’s pools (which I understand is because the hotel wasn’t full). The food was ok, definitely not the best all inclusive we have ever had but always good salads, fruits and staples and breakfast was nice. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and hard working, the restaurant staff in particular bringing our regular drinks over by the end of the week which was nice :) also only 5 mins walk to the beach which we loved. Overall we had a nice break and gorgeous weather.

Super friendly and helpful staff, pool area was nice - albeit a rush at 9am to get an umbrella. I liked that somebody was monitoring sun-bed usage and leaving signs warning you that you’d lose your bed if you didn’t return in an hour. Amazing outdoor CrossFit area, all the equipment in a container - including racks, barbells, kettlebells, air bikes, pull up bar, rope climbs etc. Excellent location, beach across the road and bars etc are walkable.

Food got a bit boring each day, not much variation. The entertainment in the evenings wasn’t great, but for the price we paid it still felt like a great deal.

The rooms were ok for what we expected, big enough. We did not expect a crip, but it was in the room when we arrived! very family friendly hotel with lots of activities for kids. the pools were really good with the right temperature.

The capacity of the elevators were not a match for the number of rooms and people in the hotel, you could barely feet 4 people in them and quiet old and slow. The air conditioner was not working the first day the second day it was fixed but the fan was noisy, we asked for the maintenance again and finally the third day it was working at it should :)

I liked the location of the hotel for sleeping as it it was quite and out the way from night clubs etc and also liked that they provided the towels for the pool and the staff were very helpful as on the first day our safe wouldn’t open they had a man up to our room within an hour to fix it.

What I didn’t like throw out my stay was ever time you try get a seat at the pool you couldn’t even if you went at 9 in the morning people would have them all taken to the point we had leave our stuff at the side of the pool so we could go for a swim I don’t feel people should be allowed to clam seats and for this we only went to the pool once throughout our stay 1 also didn’t like the shower as every time you tired to turn on the water would go all over the bathroom and you also had to hold the shower head or it would fall with the shower pressure.

The price of the drinks. Cost €19 for 2 alcoholic drinks. Ridiculous. If they were reasonable prices we would have stayed in at the hotel and bought more.

Spacious resort with many facilities in different sides of the property. Perfect for families.

Some small group of young boys making noise after midnight. Hotel should prioritize families not young boys (19 20 years old i guess) in big groups.

The location is absolutely perfect you are near so many restaurants and right beside the beach. The hotel itself is amazing. Staff were lovely, facilities were outstanding and the entertainment and food at breakfast was all brilliant. I couldn’t say one bad word about it. So close to the super markets and the pools were beautiful. We will deffo be back next year. We also did a yoga class while we were there and all the classes looked amazing!

I liked everything it is a lovely stay and the best hotel we have stayed in, in torremolinos so far. We go every year and this hotel was brilliant I would highly recommend. 🙏🏻

Lovely staff, very clean hotel, wasn't expecting much from buffet breakfast but it had EVERYTHING including fresh omlettes it was very busy but there was staff everywhere to keep it running smoothly.

The walls and ceilings are like paper, i could hear peoples taps running in bathrooms beside us and above us! AC didn't work but we didn't really need it as wasn't overly hot(thankfully) the cleaners at nighttime in the bar kept mopping the floor, that wasn't dirty, but they left it wet and i don't know how someone didn't slip on it and the smell of bleach was very strong from the mopping is was very off putting when your trying to relax.

Plenty offer at breakfast time.Breakfast can be very bust I'f leaving it later to go down to the dining hall. The toasters are very slow. Indoor pool was adequate, and can also become very busy. Room was good, it could be said that the plugs are very few, 2 in number. In the room it would be a lovely touch if tea and coffee were provided in the room, including a few bottles of water.

On initially going to the bar, the reception had forgotten to give us our bands for all inclusive, we had asked for our drinks and the bar attendant was very rude saying we couldn't have the drinks and he took them back from us!!! I then went to reception and they gave us our bands and apologised. Entertainment was good on Tues, we'd, Thur. Unfortunately Friday n Saturday were not so good.

The location, beautiful pools, staff was amazing, the activities for kids was 5 star more than expected....the cleaners worked really hard too ,unfortunately some ppl don't respect others and leave litter behind them.but the staff was.really good to keep the hotel very clean ,the receptionists were very good too and also the staff during the breakfast and was amazed with the security not only of the hotel but also on the promenade..I used to go running at 0530 and felt very safe
