Great location, right by the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Nice and clean rooms.

The restaurant was my least favourite part. €14 pp for a mediocre breakfast buffet. The lunch was alright but a bad dish set up which made it messy to eat. The restaurant staff weren’t very accommodating. One of them took the menu and napkins away from our table to put on an empty table and it took ages to get him to take our order. The cocktails were extremely watered down and they forgot to give us coasters and when one of the servers realised he took 2 out of his pocket and threw them on our table.

Great location !! Grounds/vegetation well kept, rooms clean and spacious, great food at breakfast/supper buffet, easy access to the La Carihuela/beach. Beauiful pool and dining terrace and great sports facilites (basketball, soccer and tennis courts). Excellent Kids Club. Enjoyed all the nightly shows/singers. EXCELLENT Service from the Guest Services Team - to the #1 SHEYLA- YOU WERE OUTSTANDING - THANK-YOU !! and THANK-YOU CARLOS !! who also went out for us making sure we were Ok !! So close to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops. Air con and shower really good, and had a balcony with a sea view from our studio.

The kitchen didn’t have a door, or a blind to cover the window so it was glaring light through early morning which caused lack of sleep. The pool is really packed and noisy, alongside neighbouring “entertainment” (questionable) as well as kids activities it wasn’t really a nice environment as a couple who wanted to relax.

Location was excellent and receptionist staff very friendly

We were only told a couple of days before arrival that there would be no supermarket facilities and that the bar/restaurant would be closed.

Top floor apartment right on sea front. Bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchen and large balcony. Fantastic sea views up and down the coast. Access straight onto the main promenade full of bars, restaurants, shops. Benalmadena Marina couple of minutes walk. Big hotel staff very friendly, nice pool area, seemed to be quite a bit of entertainment if that's something your looking for. Excellent location and good value for what we paid.

No parking but managed to get parked in the street outside there are pay parking nearby too. Hotel seems to be in the middle of being updated. our living area and bathroom all nice and fresh but kitchen in desperate need of an update, we ate out as were only there a few nights but wouldn't have been good cooking in there if you were staying a week. Bit of a drains smell which was noticeable throughout the hotel at times.

This was our only fault could have let us know they have changed the name of hotel, now called Apartments Timor. After getting 2 taxis to different hotels with same name , third time lucky , got keys for our room only to find it was already occupied went back down to let them know ,got upgraded to an apartment , bearing in mind this was at 2am in the morning, it took 2 hours to sort out.

Very good family friendly resort. Excellent location. Brilliant entertainment and family fun activities in the day around the pool. Staff are brilliant especially Pablo who brought a great energy everyday.

The beds unfortunately are beyond uncomfortable, couldn’t get a good nights sleep woke up constantly stiff and sore. Not fussy about a bed but these were like sleeping on concrete. Also a lot of noise and disturbance throughout the night seemed to always be loud work and things happening very late or early hours of the morning. Such a shame because everything else was wonderful.

We chose this hotel because it was said to be very accessible for wheelchair users, and that turned out to be true. Everything was accessible by wheelchair. The pool area is very large with spacious lawns and more than enough sun loungers. The apartment was about 26 square meters and well-equipped. The hotel's location is fantastic – right by the beach, close to the lively harbor, and just outside the hotel there is both a bus stop and a taxi rank. It's also a short distance to shops and plenty of restaurants. Additionally, the 12:00 PM check-out time was very convenient, allowing for a relaxed and stress-free morning on the day of departure. The hotel attracts all age groups; there are children and families alongside couples and older people

There's little that could be improved, but if anything, the cooking facilities in the apartment were significantly worn out and outdated. Also, every day there was live music at the pool bar from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. This music was far, far too loud, and it was impossible to sit nearby while it was playing

The activity for the classes and montse in particular was amazing, she oozes a picture of health and is a credit to the company along with the other guys

This is a difficult one, we stayed 9 nights in room 2602 a lovely room unfortunately our Irish neighbours weren’t respectful, sniffing coke on the balcony and shouting out abuse on the balcony on 2 nights spoilt our stay as they only went quiet at 4 o clock on two mornings, we didn’t get more than 3 hours sleep on our last night there, I did report it to reception , it’s a shame as we had a fab holiday

We were staying in a room with a balcony that overlooked the sea and marina, with great views. 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen facilities, fridge, freezer, microwave. Ikea furniture and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. Buffet breakfast was great with lots of options, English breakfast, continental, croissants, fresh cooked omelettes, pancakes and coffee on tap with bean to cup machines.

Only things I can think of that could be improved are; kitchen as it was a little dated, the bathroom grout / sealant could do with being redone or deep cleaned as some parts were discoloured, music early eve was quite loud at times if you have young children.
