Breakfast was nice, room was fantastic, has everything you could want and location is perfect!

The rudeness of one of the male members of staff behind the bar. My 18yr old son stood waiting to be served for a good 20 minutes, it wasn't busy so I went to see where he was. He was standing at the bar with cash in hand and a group of older women approached and were immediately asked in front of my son for their order. He was clearly waiting to be served but not one member of staff acknowledged him. He told me he was repeatedly ignored by this one particular bar man. Why?

Very nicely renovated hotel - modern and well equipped. Plenty of sunbeds in adult only area or elsewhere. Good food at the pool bar and plenty of choice at breakfast including omelettes cooked to order.

The fire signs on the back of the doors glow in the dark and light up the whole room - we had to cover ours up and it still glowed through the night. The 'courtesy light' under the sink wakes up everyone in the room if you move around during the night - no way to switch it off. The car park is horrendous - do not park in it unless you have a very small car!

Location was excellent right beside the beach. We stayed b&b and the food choice for breakfast was excellent. The pool areas were well maintained with plenty of space and sunloungers with parasols. There was entertainment in the bar every evening and activities during the day.

The new bathrooms look lovely but aren't really private. The toilet is on its own with a frosted door and the sink is outside of the toilet so you can't wash your hands until you come out of the toilet. Personally I prefer a bathroom with everything behind one solid door. I would not want to stay in this room with a friend it just isn't private.

We loved the friendly staff and the sea front views from the sun deck. There were always sun beds available throughout the day as they have multiple pool areas.

Our room had a couple of maintenance issues which didn't stop us enjoying our time, but it did mean we had a couple of disturbances during our day. We were slightly annoyed to find one entire hotel being completely refurbished and once again it didn't stop us enjoying ourselves, I would just have rather received information on this before arriving.

Great entertainment. The room was very clean, as was everywhere else in the hotel. Good shower. Pool was nice and big, with plenty of sun loungers around it. It felt like a modern, breezy and up scale hotel.

It isn't really an 'adults recommended' hotel as the title suggests. The part we stayed in is adults only but all the pools, bars and restaurants are part of a larger complex, so anyone from any 3 of the hotels on site can use the facilities. The life guard did ask children to leave the adults only pool every now and again, but there wasn't much signage, so you couldn't blame the families really. We don't mind children, but when you think you've booked an adults only hotel, it is a bit disappointing to have children around each bar, restaurant, etc.and much of the entertainment was aimed at children. Also our 'pool view' room didn't have a view of the pool at all, even though there are 8 of them.

Location was great - less than 15 mins from airport. And right outside was a small supermarket. Lots of pools, and lots of sunbeds - although on Sunday we couldn’t actually find a free one so get there early. Room was modern and clean and great. Aircon was amazing and quiet. Free use of Shower Room after check out was awesome and allowed us to make use of the day. Happy hour and lovely cocktails too.

Nothing to dislike.

Great room with sea view. Although there was a street and promenade between the beach and the hotel, we slept with the window open. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good.

Beach towels could only be exchanged for clean ones for an additional fee. Although it only cost 1 euro per towel, it left a slight bad taste.

Cute room with comfortable bed, breakfast with lots of options and without having to wait. Location is convenient for the beach, dining out and to get to the old town quickly. Lots of sunbeds where to sunbathe or relax! Being low season it was easy to park nearby for free.

Being on the first floor the view wasn't as beautiful as we had imagined from the pictures. Cleaning prior check in could have been a bit more thorough.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The resort is lovely and clean. There are several hotels grouped together in a little resort area. If you stay in any of them, you have access to three pools with surrounding loungers/umbrellas etc. The pools are all fairly small and the loungers can get busy but we did find two every day we wanted to. The resort is good at not letting people 'reserve' sun loungers. Towels are free to hire from the hotel (as long as you don't lose the towel card, in which case there would be a charge). We were very impressed with the check-out process - you can securely store your luggage, continue to use the facilities for the day and they even give you FREE access to a room for half an hour, so that you can shower/change etc before leaving. We thought that was brilliant. The luggage storage and access to facilities is also available on check-in, if you arrive earlier than check-in time. The room and bathroom was lovely, clean and comfortable. We had a bath and shower, with handwash, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner in one and toothbrush/toothpaste kits included. The buffet food was really good. Great selection of fruit at breakfast. We both eat gluten free and there were a good number of available options. The breakfast had a separate GF toaster and selection of GF goods (bread, muffins, cereals, biscuits). You could also order GF pancakes at breakfast, made to order, which were lovely! At dinner/lunch, there was a menu of gluten free options (pictured), which are prepared separately and to order, which means there is a short wait for the food. We ordered some of these. The Tuna Dumplings were amazing and the pizza was very good too! We ordered the chicken croquettes, which were lovely, except a few of them were not cooked properly and were still cold inside, which was a shame. The waitress was very apologetic when we explained this and offered to get us more.

Because the hotel is part of a group of hotels, the 'adults recommended' part of this hotel is pretty irrelevant. The restaurant is full of kids, as this is shared. Families can access all the same pools, entertainment areas etc. It is a shame that they don't keep one of the pools as 'adult only' - this would be a good feature. The worst part that also seems a bit cheeky, was that we had children staying in the room next to ours, as half of the corridor was technically one of the other hotels, which allows children! As I said, this made the whole experience very much not child-free.
