Great location. We are from Australia - we arrived in a hire car to Tarragonna. We booked parking through Libre - were advised to quote our booking number to the parking attendant. Due to the language barrier, we said twice for parking, which wasn't cheap! Made a complaint, and basically told it was our problem. No refund. I was disappointed because the accommodation was great. I've advised that there needs to be a better booking system for non-Spanish speaking customers. We are out of pocket unnecessarily. Also, kettle and coffee maker provided. But no tea or coffee available make a morning brew - has been provided in other places we stayed.

Clean, comfortable and modern. Washing machine was great - a laundry pod would have been great.

The customer service is truly excellent!! We had originally booked a small studio room but upon arrival it smelled very very strongly of perfume or really intense cleaning supplies. After calling Libere they sent someone over within about an hour. When the smell still wouldn’t abate Libere offered to change us to another room. Javier was quick to respond and solved the problem so quickly and kindly. We moved to a room in another of their buildings and it turned out to be a huge upgrade. I really can’t thank them enough for changing us to a different room and solving what would have been a really unpleasant evening! Thank you!!!

The cleaning solution in the first room. Everything in the second apartment was fantastic!! Really nice decoration and very comfortable beds and towels. Would stay again!

The room is good, big enough. All appliances work. We used only the microwave. It's a pretty funny location - you need to go through the building to the inner yard to get to the apartment. Welcome-box was also amazing - water, coffee, chips.

When we checked in, the AC unit worked for heating for several hours, and for some reason, all modes for chilling did not work, only heating. We tried for an hour to properly setup it, and it did not work for some reason. Also, on the first night, for some reason, there was no hot water. It was slightly warm, closer to chill, so it was a really big issue to wash the head under chilly water. Other than that, there was some slight smell from the neighbor cafes.

Really liked this apartment!! It was super clean, had all the need utensils (coffe machine, toaster, plates, cutlery, glasses...) and had microwave, a stove and a refrigerator. The bathroom is huge and there's towels for each one of the guesses. They give a "Hello" gift and they are available 24h per day in case you need something. Amazing, I will definitely come back again 😊

It's not what I didn't like, is more a suggestion to improve... In my opinion it could have a shelve for the food that doesn't need to be in the refrigerator and to make sure the bathroom doors don't make sound when opening or closing.

The location was perfect, very quiet at night. The kitchen in the apartment was fully fitted with high quality goods. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was super comfy. All in all the apartment was perfect.

Only 1 small thing, the wiring from the tv to the socket would be better hidden.

Fully equipped apartment, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge microwave, eating and lounge area as well as a terrace plus air con. At least twice as much room as a hotel at about 1/2 the price. Stayed their twice so far and will do again.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and even included a thoughtful welcome gift. The location was great, with shops nearby, a bus stop just a minute away, and the metro station within walking distance. It was very quiet, as our entrance was through an inner garden, away from the street.

The only downside was the mattress, which was far too soft and uncomfortable, making it hard to get proper rest.

The flats are quite nice. Ample and comfy. Good location, super easy to check-in and out. I've stayed in other Líbere in other cities and it's always a solid choice. Very good value for money, altogether a great stay for us.

One small caveat, and something that maybe it is more of a city issue than the property. There's some issues with the sewer system in this old buildings that make caused some strange odours from time to time. Generally tha flat was super clean, but this was a bit of an inconvenience.

Extra clean, comfortable apartment. Good location, quiet neighborhood, grocery store, pharmacy and bus station nearby. Polite staff and ready to solve any request.

The bathroom door was difficult to close. We stayed for 5 days and the essentials like dish soap or toilet paper were not enough for the number of people and days we stayed.

It was very clean, but because of it being ground level and the exterior door isn't sealed, some insects may enter. The room and the bathroom were large, it was comfortable to move around.
