This is the most beautifully designed hotel, so calming and peaceful, so pleasant on the eye. The beds on both this stay and our previous stay are incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies. The rooms are gorgeous to wake up to. Additionally the location is fantastic, lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the cathedral and shopping. We love it and will be back.

Minor things really - the safe in the room was open, didn’t function and wasn’t attached to anything so completely pointless. It would be nice to have some drawers for clothes. Not sure where the advertised TV was hiding but the WiFi is good and we could watch telly on a laptop. In my idealised version of the hotel there would be a cool bar downstairs for an aperitif or nightcap but there’s plenty of alternatives nearby. These are not complaints, just feedback as we like the place so much.

One night stop over en route to Mallorca. Hotel was very clean, smelt lovely and staff friendly and helpful. We were in one of the older rooms overlooking a small garden, very quiet, room perfectly adequate and bathroom with shower very well designed. Parking is in an underground car park adjacent to the hotel. Parking outside limited to 15 mins but enough time to check in, deposit bags and be directed to the car park. Hotel offers a preferential rate for a 24hour parking stay which is good too. Plenty of places to eat / drink nearby. Basilica, cathedral and palace worth a visit.

Beautiful property in a perfect location for walking around central downtown area. We were in the older non-remodeled rooms so I cannot comment on the new rooms, The older rooms were just a bed, and bathroom, were on the small side, but they were very clean and the price point for the older rooms made the basic accommodations worth it and a great value. The property is beautiful inside and feels like a spa.

A tea kettle would be nice. The parking is not ideal but the hotel did well to communicate the instructions for accessing the nearest paid parking garage and there was space for us to park temporarily in front of the hotel to unload the luggage first. Honestly, don’t attempt to park before checking in—too confusing; just temporarily park in front of the hotel if driving and then move the car after check-in. You do need to bring the parking ticket with you to the hotel at checkout to get the discounted rate.

Great location in the City with secured parking available for a reduced rate on request. Tastefully designed interior. Very friendly helpful staff members Bedrooms very comfortable bed & excellent bathroom with shower & toiletries provided. Breakfast room with outside terrace with great views over looking the city. Good selection of fruits, continental etc & good coffee. Would recommend & revisit in the future.

It’s the most stylish hotel I’ve ever been too. I didn’t even want to go out to the city - it was so beautiful inside, every detail! Thanks to the one who made this piece of art. All staff is also wonderful and very helpful, always there for you. I didn’t know that there were breakfasts, but once I went in a terrace (don’t miss the best view of the city and a piece of art again) I regretted that I didn’t have breakfasts, they looked wonderful as well. Highly recommend this place and I will come Back!

The location is perfect; it is not too crowded but close to the city center. The hotel's interior is very interesting. There is plenty of space for common use. Each floor has its own unique corner. We stayed in a Superior Double Room; the interior, clearness, and the bathroom - all good. Also, I can recommend the breakfast. The food itself is typical for hotel breakfasts, but the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. You’re having breakfast in the sunshine with a view of the city, surrounded by olive trees. But we were lucky—the weather was great.

The hotel has been renovated in style. Comfortable rooms with a good AirCo. The breakfast on the roof terrace was spectacular. The staff was friendly and helpful. we could easily visit the main sights of Zaragoza by foot. In the evening the old city with all the tapas bars is just around the corner. Parking possible close to the hotel.

The wifi was a little slow, the view from the rooms isn' that good. The airco in our first room was broken, within 5 min we had a new room.

Even better than expected! Everything about the hotel was beautiful and chic, from arrival through the lobby and lush common areas, to our room. (Perhaps some of the negative reviews are of older unrenovated rooms, but these are very clearly marked/priced accordingly when booking, so we knew not to select one of those.) We stayed in the ‘Menorca’ room, which looked over the lovely courtyard and had lots of space to spread out. Our room was even ready earlier in the day so checkin was incredibly easy, with filtered water ready for refreshment on arrival. The bed was super comfortable and the room very quiet and private; the air conditioning was maybe a bit slow to get going, but it was very quiet and really cooled down overnight. I’d definitely recommend Hotel Avenida if you’re looking for a tasteful, calm, modest (but luxury-feeling) hotel in Zaragoza.

Perfect location and facilities.Exceptionally clean. Chic interior. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of options to eat and wash fresh locl produce and healthy. Unfortunately i was dissapointed by the way i was greered onarrival after a very long journey. The person at reception was not very welcoming and lacked hospitality skills.

The location of this hotel is excellent, easy to get trams, buses to get around Zaragoza. Walking distance to all the main attractions is excellent from this hotel. It's has local bars around it with local shop close by. It's in a key area but yet still very quite hotel to sleep so no complaints. Standard rooms are not big but clean and has what you need for a 3 day stay.

The Aircon was not flexible to put back to cold as it was still 21 in October and they had it set for heating
