The location to attractions such as medieval times, Knotts berry farm are all walk able. Disneyland is just a few minutes down the road. So centrally located to many attractions for family's Large rooms for a family of five and very reasonably priced . Staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful

The property it's self seemed like it was being fixed up. It seems to be an older hotel but lots of potential. Rooms were a bit dirty and things that were fixed seemed to be thrown together quickly or temporarily fixed . Mildew seemed to be building up in the bathroom

the pool , the staff was nice. at front desk. the location the price online. has a refrigerator, mictowave, sink. roomy i would stay again room was clean.

well i had to ask for towels, and bags for trash can the thry didnt ask to cleanroom or if needed. the fee charged for checking in a half hour before time . you have to ask for pool towels too. there was nothing to help with lugfagevlike axvallet cart. where the sofa bed is there should be a tv as well. oh and tv channels were spotty could not watch tv.

The bed was comfortable, the space is spacious and you get a nice tv, it was quiet for the most part. I like that I didn’t get woken up by room service as I usually do at other hotels and it’s quite annoying when it happens.

I wish that they locked their dumpster away and ran off the drug addicts/meth heads. There was a guy digging through the trash at 4:30 am and it woke me up, he was throwing stuff outta the trash can and my car was parked in the back lot. Makes u uncomfortable knowing that’s going on possibly while trying to sleep. Also I feel that the bathroom could be bigger, it’s a bit on the small side and the shower pressure is low and takes a minute to warm up. Also I think that there should be a designated smoking area where far along the back wall of the property, people are smoking as you are trying to walk through the side gate, I enjoy having my lungs without cancer smoke in them.

Beautiful, "Encanto" vibe. Very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of room for a family of five to stay comfortably. Hot tub was fantastic and pool area was magical. Very friendly front desk staff helped us to arrange to have a package delivered (replacement charger for Magic Bands). On a super convenient bus line that goes to Disneyland in one direction and to downtown Los Angeles in the other. We had a rental car, but it was great to have the bus option to avoid expensive parking.

The pool was very cold, although we anticipated this based on the previous reviews and the forecast. If there is an opportunity to put in a pool heater, guests like us would love it. Would have been great to have a guest laundry on site since we stayed for nearly a week.

Location is excellent. Price is excellent. The grounds were nice too. Staff was great.

Maintence of the rooms and cleanliness. Our first room had a leaky AC unit inside the room, which is fine, they moved us rooms. However, the floor underneath the unit was swollen, so you can tell it's been a problem for some time and hasnt been fixed. The room couldve been cleaner. The floor had some coffee spill marks, and the bath tub was not the most inviting. This was also apprent in the second room we moved to. The bathtub was not the most inviting there either.

The location was perfect for where we needed to go.

I reserved the room and paid for 5 people. The sleeping arrangements were only for 4. I tried calling the front desk but the phone didn’t work. So I walked down and very nicely asked for bedding for the pullout bed. I was told there was no extra. I pointed out the reservation was for 5 people. The lady at the counter just said she would talk to house keeping like it was no big deal. We never got bedding for our 5th person.

The rooms seem nice. The beds were comfortable and I liked having a mini fridge and microwave in our room. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. She provided extra blankets, a toothbrush (because my daughter forgot hers) and even found a couple of plastic forks that I needed! I also appreciate being able to keep our car parked on the property while we walked to and visited other attractions in the area.

I didn’t know how to use the heater. When we first walked in the AC was on and it was cold.

Great, clean, nice pool, a little tired but they are renovating. We stayed a week and wanted to stay longer. Chilled vibe and very nice looking hotel

The first room was not the best, but they kindly moved us to a recently renovated room and it was one of the most comfortable rooms we have ever stayed in. No gym currently.

I loved that the rooms were spacious and you could tell they were well taken care of. There was also renovation of some rooms happening which tells me they're working hard to reinvigorate the property. Pool looked beautiful and clean and although you could tell the property was old, it was very charming. We felt safe the whole time and the staff were very friendly. It's walking distance to Porto's and other restaurants. Two minute drive to Target, and a two minute drive to Knott's berry farm. We will be back!

The pool hours didn't start until 10 am which was a bummer because my kids really wanted to swim but the evening before was too cold and we had to check out by 11 am. It would also be awesome if they included breakfast, however, they are a short walk from Porto's which has very reasonable breakfast options so it was okay that it wasn't provided.

I feel safe here it just me and my son on the trip we’re going to Knott’s Berry Farm. We were located within 20 makes located to both SoakCity, and Knotts. Stores and restaurants for convenience of him ride with him for five blocks.

Had a hard time getting the desk clears at night to understand. There was a problem with the room the Fossett would not turn on in the tub she’s coming just turn it it will work. She’s up coming up to the room and was very mad that you can show me how to work the tub even though it’s stuck and will not turn on.  we had a suite with a fold out sofa that had no sheets or blankets  I am getting them off of my bed and give me my son when I called the front desk. It seem like I was inconveniencing desk clerk
