I liked the fact that the hotel was within 5min walking distance to Universal Studios. The rooms were decent and the location was safe. Room was clean and we received daily room service which was great!

We are not picky so the room and location worked great for us! What I had some difficulty was accepting the fact that the payment system is still somewhat old, where the receptionist took a copy of my credit card and ID. I was told it would be destroyed a week later. I hope the business improves this system soon, to give customers peace of mind and ease.

Staff was excellent! Room was clean. Location to Universal Studios was awesome! Good food near by! 👍👍👍👍

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The room fit our family of five comfortably. It is also located a very short walk away from the shuttle to Universal Studios Hollywood and the metro station. It is more affordable than other properties in the area. Free onsite parking is a huge plus. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is clean. There are pastries and coffee/beverages in the lobby. We would stay here again in the future without hesitation.

The hotel was very clean, but some of the furniture is worn. As many others have said, parking spaces are a very tight fit. The staff is helpful with suggestions for parking. There are small pastries for breakfast, but almost no variety (for some families it would help to know that ahead of time).

The property was clean, they delivered extra pillows when we asked for them. The staff was super helpful! When we checked in the gentleman asked if we planned to walk to Universal Studios and we said yes. He pulled up google maps and showed up where to go to get on the free tram so we didn’t have to walk more than 2-3 minutes. He explained the City walk and pulled up restaurants there for us. He also told us to get our merchandise and power up band the night prior so we could focus on the rides. We did as he said went that night to the City Walk bought the merchandise and power up band my son wanted and ate dinner. The next day we were at the park and focused on the rides and explored the different lands! His knowledge was extremely valuable! The room was small but there was only 2 of us and we were only there to sleep. It was clean, has a mini fridge, microwave, and TV. We will definitely be staying again.

I cannot come up with anything we were unhappy about.

We liked the location of the inn, it was close to our destination and stores, food. The desk clerk was very kind upon check in and he helped us as much as he could. Overall it is a decent one night stay.

The only downside was that the remotes for both tvs did not work. The desk clerk wss vey kind about it and reprogramed both remotes and they worked for a little bit but they eventually stopped and after calling him twice about it, we gave up. Which is tough with 6 people in a room at night with nothing else but tv to do Also the noise level above us was bad, it sounded like the whole room waa being rearranged and it was later at night.

We stayed there for 3 nights. It was very close to the shuttle to the Universal Studios or a short walk if you just wanted to walk to the park. They had free parking on the property which was one of the reason I had picked this hotel. The room we had was small but clean. It had a good sized mini fridge and microwave in the room. Ended up having coffee available in then morning which was decent and I wasn’t expecting it.

Wish that there were tables lamps in the room. The room only had the overhead lights which you had to get out of bed to turn on and off but they were on a dimmer so that helped. The bathrooms were small and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work which made our room super humid after a shower.

Proximity to the Universal Shuttle to the front gate was amazing. It was a quick 2 street cross and perhaps 5 minute "walk" to the shuttle stop. Staff at Nite Inn were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accomodating - answering questions, providing polite conversation, and overall just a great demeanor. Wifi was strong throughout the property and though I didn't have a car, included parking (for 1 car) is definitely a bonus as many places in the vicinity charge $30-$40 a night to park your car on site (this can be a huge savings!)

The room itself is a bit underwhelming, but at the same time I knew I wasn't paying for a 4 star hotel. There was a lot of external sound audible from the interior of the room with door and windows closed, but again, I'm not expecting complete privacy or lack of external noise. Though I didn't bring a vehicle, the parking was definitely cramped - but on the other hand, it's free for 1 car - which is pretty amazing!

Location. A 5 minute walk to the universal free shuttle. Really friendly guy on reception. Allowed us to leave our car for 2 hours before we could check in and let me leave my bag of chocolate behind him in the air con room while we went exploring. Also explained where to get the shuttle.from etc We only stayed two nights and didn't expect any cleaning during our stay but the second day they cleaned the apartment. Smelled of bleach and sheets were fresh. Loads of supermarkets within 10 minutes walk ( Vons, Ralph's etc.)

Breakfast was graciously offered to us but we were so excited about the park and decided to pass. My visit was definitely enhanced by the 2 individuals that made it extremely comfortable. Ms Maria and Mr Saida. When I return, this will be my contact. I really appreciate they're willingness to help me. They're understanding of my pop-up problems seem to be no problem for them. I'll never forget my experience with them and hoping I left a lasting impression on them as well. I don't travel often and being that this trip was a first of it's kind for me and my little family. It's wonderful to meet and make friends along the way. We were walking distance to a few restaurants and literally around the corner UNIVERSAL STUDIOS!!!! I have no complaints. My disappointment was, possibly my misunderstanding, I was under the impression that with the 800.00 price, of that 200.00 would be refunded. Thinking 200.00 deposit was included. I addressed it during my transactions so to get a good understanding. I tried several times to pay through booking.com but they failed me and caused a great amount of stress. This had nothing to do with The Nite Inn. As a matter of fact, Nite Inn was able to help me solve that problem as well.

Walkable to Universal Studios. You can walk to the shuttle about 10-15 min hike. There is a pedestrian bridge to cross over the road to the shuttle stop. FYI the walk from the shuttle stop to the park is almost all uphill. The room was small but it fit 5 of us comfortably. There was little space for luggage for 5 in the room but we packed light anyway so not a big deal. Liked that there was no carpeting in the room. Free coffee. Good size Mini fridge. microwave. Subway shop down the street. Was told it was 24 hours but we didn’t go. Other food places around also but we opted for the snacks we brought.

No elevator but property was only 2 stories. Might be an issue for those with mobility challenges or lots of luggage. Part of the walk to the shuttle stop involves walking through an underpass or tunnel. We avoided the adjacent tunnel since it had no light and smelled horrible. It is LA though.
