I liked the fact that the hotel was within 5min walking distance to Universal Studios. The rooms were decent and the location was safe. Room was clean and we received daily room service which was great!

We are not picky so the room and location worked great for us! What I had some difficulty was accepting the fact that the payment system is still somewhat old, where the receptionist took a copy of my credit card and ID. I was told it would be destroyed a week later. I hope the business improves this system soon, to give customers peace of mind and ease.

Staff was excellent! Room was clean. Location to Universal Studios was awesome! Good food near by! 👍👍👍👍

The room was very clean! The staff very friendly & helpful. The location was close to Universal Studios. We walked approximately two blocks & caught a free tram that took us up the hill & dropped us off at Universal City Walk, which connects to Universal Studios. The tram also runs two hours after Universal Studios closes. Savings on parking at Universal Studios was approximately $35 per day, so $70 for us. And on our first day, check in was later in the day, but we were allowed to arrive earlier, pre-register & get a parking pass for no additional charge. We just had to pick up our room key later that evening:))) Each morning, we took advantage of the free pastries & coffee. We also enjoyed the drink machine, located in the office, that is available throughout the day (and early evening) and has many drink options all free:)))

The room was a little tight for five people. There is a table, but it only had two chairs, a third would be nice. Also, there isn't much bathroom counter space, but we made do. The room would get a little stuffy, but the air conditioner took care of quickly only it was a little loud, so we'd turn it off right after. We could hear people walking above us, and the freeway is close, but I simply took a sleeping pill at bedtime, and had no problem. The four others in our room didn't seem to have a problem with the noise at all. Also, I wasn't sure if housekeeping would come into our room since there wasn't a do-not disturb sign available. When we returned, I was surprised to see our beds made etc. But, it was a nice surprise after a very long day:)))

Needed 1 night stay near Universal Studios, this fit the requirements perfectly! An older property but well maintained. No real criticisms. Neighborhood was OK not much around on busy street but also didn't look to hard and you have Universal City walk just a few minutes away. Hotel no more than an easy, safe 5 minute walk to Universal Studio parking structure where you pick up Tram for a short ride up a big hill to Park entrance. Tram stop was used by many people. and runs an hour or so after Park/City Walk closes. Sayid at Front Desk was exceptional. No problems with the room. Bed was firm and pillows surprising very good. Shower water pressure and temperature was very good. TV work with good channel selection. Room was quiet. Breakfast was pastries.

No real or imagined issues. Got probably a little better than I expected.

Location for this hotel is 11/10 hands down! Shuttle to Universal is a 3min walk and the location itself to walk around is safe and lighted. From the shuttle to Universal literally a 7min ride. Uber too if coming back late or anything is just $5 LOL you cant beat that! The check in was super smooth and the friendliest service I've experienced ever here in LA. The room is actually bigger than the images which was a big plus considering we booked one bedroom and 2 queen beds for 4 people and we had more than enough room to walk around and move. The place comes with a decent fridge its not those tiny ones and even a microwave if needed. Would definitely recommend and you have food places like In&Out & Carls Jr just 2min walk as well. OH and they also have a coffee machine that you can use in the lobby which is really good!

Parking is a bit small just FYI. It's almost on a first come first serve basis. We arrived at 4pm to check in and there was literally just only one parking spot left just as another car was coming in but I do believe they park your car somewhere else if this main lot gets full.

The property was clean, they delivered extra pillows when we asked for them. The staff was super helpful! When we checked in the gentleman asked if we planned to walk to Universal Studios and we said yes. He pulled up google maps and showed up where to go to get on the free tram so we didn’t have to walk more than 2-3 minutes. He explained the City walk and pulled up restaurants there for us. He also told us to get our merchandise and power up band the night prior so we could focus on the rides. We did as he said went that night to the City Walk bought the merchandise and power up band my son wanted and ate dinner. The next day we were at the park and focused on the rides and explored the different lands! His knowledge was extremely valuable! The room was small but there was only 2 of us and we were only there to sleep. It was clean, has a mini fridge, microwave, and TV. We will definitely be staying again.

I cannot come up with anything we were unhappy about.

Nite inn is about 5 minutes walking distance to a shuttle to Universal studio,- location is very convenient you are headed to Universal and will save you some money and time to park there. The suite was small yet great: 6 people easily fit into 3 beds with both bedrooms having each own AC. The rooms very clean, staff is friendly. It’s 4 minutes walking distance to Sun cafe, which is a great choice for healthy food with very nice vibe atmosphere (expensive though).

Mattresses are firm: if you have back or hip pain, it might get aggravated. Parking is very narrow.

We liked the location of the inn, it was close to our destination and stores, food. The desk clerk was very kind upon check in and he helped us as much as he could. Overall it is a decent one night stay.

The only downside was that the remotes for both tvs did not work. The desk clerk wss vey kind about it and reprogramed both remotes and they worked for a little bit but they eventually stopped and after calling him twice about it, we gave up. Which is tough with 6 people in a room at night with nothing else but tv to do Also the noise level above us was bad, it sounded like the whole room waa being rearranged and it was later at night.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The room fit our family of five comfortably. It is also located a very short walk away from the shuttle to Universal Studios Hollywood and the metro station. It is more affordable than other properties in the area. Free onsite parking is a huge plus. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is clean. There are pastries and coffee/beverages in the lobby. We would stay here again in the future without hesitation.

The hotel was very clean, but some of the furniture is worn. As many others have said, parking spaces are a very tight fit. The staff is helpful with suggestions for parking. There are small pastries for breakfast, but almost no variety (for some families it would help to know that ahead of time).

We stayed there for 3 nights. It was very close to the shuttle to the Universal Studios or a short walk if you just wanted to walk to the park. They had free parking on the property which was one of the reason I had picked this hotel. The room we had was small but clean. It had a good sized mini fridge and microwave in the room. Ended up having coffee available in then morning which was decent and I wasn’t expecting it.

Wish that there were tables lamps in the room. The room only had the overhead lights which you had to get out of bed to turn on and off but they were on a dimmer so that helped. The bathrooms were small and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work which made our room super humid after a shower.
