Recently stayed at the Best Western Inn in Redondo Beach and was very happy with the experience. The location is great—close to the beach and easy to get to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, and the room cleaning service was on point. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is a little dated, but I knew that when I booked, and it didn’t affect my stay at all. Everything was well-maintained and worked as expected. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I’d definitely stay here again.

It's about a 10-minute drive to the coast. The room is okay, presented as advertised. Beds are firm but comfortable. In room facilities are good, fridge, plenty of electric sockets. Good selection of TV channels. The bathroom is good, very yellow, but they provide shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Coffee maker in the room but free tea and coffee on arrival and throughout the stay. Complimentary breakfast included, hot food changes every day. The hotel is located next to the shops. CVS Pharmacy sells lots of choices of food, drinks, alcohol and medications. On the same lot are fast food and couple of restaurants, petrol station is a few metres away.

You can hear the toilet flushing upstairs and people walking around. There is only 1 window in the room, so the lights are on most of the time.

This hotel is very centrally located for easy access to the Riviera with excellent restaurants a Trader Joe’s, ice cream parlour and the beachfront promenade. It has free on site parking which was great. The daily breakfast was lovely we especially enjoyed the waffle station. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily with the provision of clean towels, in room tea/coffee maker a refrigerator and microwave too. Staff were super helpful when we didn’t know how to operate the shower. There is a lovely pool too.

Nothing I did not like

20 minute walk to the beach, which was a nice treat. The maid service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced- the came promptly and made the room look new! The facility was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, com and met all our needs. Breakfast had a nice variety to choose from and the area was kept clean and well stocked. I was thrilled with this hotel, the staff, and the location.

The coffee at breakfast was not very good. When pulling out of the parking lot, there’s a big dip that caused our rental car to bottom out. Very small issues in the scheme of things though.

The hotel is really good. The building and rooms are a bit outdated, but clean and everything works. There are enough parking spaces (outside and inside) and parking is free. The breakfast was exceptionally good (eggs, bacon, bread, waffles, juice, donuts, etc.). Air condition worked very well. I recommend the hotel. Positively surprised.

The location is not the best if you don't have a car. There is nothing special next door.

It was clean and the breakfast was great. The pool and jacuzzi were nice and the area was quiet but perfectly located next to a CVS and nice cafes plus a seemingly popular ice cream shop with roots in my home state of Ohio.

It was a pretty expensive Uber to other parts of LA since it’s located in the South Bay Area. It’s nice to be out the way and not have too much traffic but without renting a car I would have to stay more centrally to SoFi where we were going each day for a music festival. That said not too many downsides to this property. Pull out bed was lumpy but that’s normal, just move your futon mattress to the floor and you’re solid. (Don’t forget to move back)

Front counter staff welcomed us right away and had us checked in very quickly. The location was good, close to restaurants and shopping. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice to have a balcony with a sliding door to open for fresh air.

The only issue that we had was that the toilet did not flush very well as it seemed there was not enough pressure, and often resulted in having to flush 2-3 times, even with just a bit to toilet paper in the bowl.

Really pleased i chose this hotel it was the upper end of our budget but it ticked a lot of box`s hence my lower mark for VFM.though i found the prices in the States we`rea lot higher than anticipated. Pool area was small but empty it`s also heated so usable at all open hours Hot tub was really hot and i enjoyed both pool and tub after a days exploration. The staff were really helpful and breakfast was nice with Waffles , fruits and juices all available. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels I wanted a hotel with free and plentiful parking , included breakfast and leisure facilities ,it`s location was 10 minutes from Redondo beach and just around the corner was a nice bakery and other Takeaways. We used this to explore North LA and further south into the amazing beach`s .

Ticked the box and did what it said on the tin

Close to Torrence Memorial Hospital. Very Convenient and safe location. I left a very expensive jacket behind when we checked out. I called the next day and the housekeeper had turned it into the office. The staff was polite and helpful getting me back my jacket. It was mailed to my house within a week of our stay. I would recommend the Best Western Redondo Inn with great confidence. Quiet and safe area even on Pacific Coast Highway!

Everything was better than I had expected. No complaints. The staff were responsive and friendly.

We used the breakfast room daily; food choices were good. Staff was great throughout our stay. We opted not to have daily room service, and housekeeping were generous with fresh towels and toilet paper when we saw them in the hallway. Loved that Round Table, pharmacy, Subway and ice cream shop were walking distance from hotel.

We would have liked more fresh fruit options with breakfast, and the line for waffle-maker was slow...and sometimes ran out of batter. It was crowded and kind of stuffy, so we usually took our trays back to our room. The pool was smaller than we expected.
