The staff provided a very warm welcome and were exceptionally courteous, offering assistance with directions to the city and suggestions on dining options. Airport shuttle service was great. The price was great compared to most hotels in SF.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, though after a week, some areas of the hotel might benefit from some maintenance. The cleaning staff could perhaps be a bit more courteous. The location is convenient if one needs to be near the airport, but it can become rather expensive when sightseeing and visiting tourist attractions. We utilized various modes of transportation, including the bus, BART, Uber, Lyft, and Waymo (with a less-than-satisfactory experience), but as we were on vacation, it was not a significant issue.

Gorgeous location by the shore with a few restaurants and a yoga studio in a walking distance. Nice running trail right out the door. Clean gym with separate rooms for cardio and strength training. The front desk is super nice and professional. They have an airport shuttle service. There is also a Caltrain station nearby. Highly recommended. Their king room with a sofa bed was very comfy and nicely put together. Breakfast options are Starbucks and pay as you go.

I loved it. They also have a laundry room, but the machines are coin-based (purchase at the front desk). If you have a larger party might want to get a room with two beds, the coffee table next to the sofa bed in a king room is in the way of unfolding.

The room was nice and modern, staff was nice and helpful.

Breakfast was included in the price, and there’s a Starbucks branch on-site. However, the breakfast options were very limited, only coffee or juice were offered. I would have expected more variety, such as hot chocolate or other drinks they usually serve. Also, unlike typical all-you-can-eat breakfasts, here you could choose only one item, which felt quite small. I was also surprised by an unexpected $14 parking fee, which wasn’t mentioned during booking. Additionally, the hotel is located next to a highway and railway, so rooms facing that side can be noisy due to outside traffic.

They were great people. It was immaculate. The beds and pillows and covers were so comfortable and soft even more than my own bed at my place. It has everything you need like a fridge and coffee service in room. Microwave downstairs to heat my own food. Snacks and food and drinks available to buy at the front desk area. Dining room for included breakfasts or your own meals anytime. All lovely! Airport limo service. Like a pearl in an oyster amongst an ocean of sharks! Starbucks in walking distance was very nice too! Nice walking path.

Clean and inviting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Basic facilities offered. Loved that a gym and laundry mat was available. Location was great and away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay despite the below mentioned.

You have to request for house keeping and the gym did not have disinfectant wipes. Starbucks coffee was more expensive than what the Starbucks storefront charges. I also did not appreciate the fact that they charge for parking. I do not understand why one has to pay for parking. Free parking should be offered to all guest and is basic, not unless it is valet parking or there is a parking structure or a gate/security gate provided, which there was not.

This place is in a quiet location which is great when you want to rest well. The front desk clerk upon arrival was friendly and met my request for a 1st floor room with a view. The room was clean, spacious enough and had a great firm mattress. Big bathroom. Frig too.Outside my room window was a view of the trail in back. It was nice to be able to take a stroll before dinner. I wish I could've stayed longer! Next time I must be in SF, I will stay here again. Note: In the morn, they serve good coffee in the breakfast area.

We had a very warm welcome upon arrival, with drinks and snacks were available for us to purchase, even though it was 11pm. This property is newly refurbished, so all fixtures and fittings are new. The hotel has a modern feel and was spotlessly clean. We had bay view room, which had a writing desk and sofa, along with chairs and table on the balcony. There was no aircraft noise in the room and very little outside. The airport shuttle runs evey 30 mins and was quick and easy to use. Unlike other airport hotels, this one has a lovley outside area, with tables and chairs in the garden. It is also on the Bay Trail, which is perfect for a stroll between flight. It took us around 30 mins to walk to Oyster Point. Our flight was delayed and reception were very accommodating with regards to allowing us to retain the room for a further 3 hours beyond checkout time.

The shuttle drivers were wonderful. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean, and quiet. I was able to buy beer at the desk, very welcome after a long flight. The bed was very comfy, and I had a small balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the water. There's a Starbucks for getting coffee and food, prices slightly more than a stand-alone Starbucks. Lots of room in the lobby area to lounge and wait, tables to sit at for eating. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The Sonesta is situated in a business park area in the Oyster Point area of South SF, so the surroundings were nice with a nice bay adjacent to the hotel with a walking path and park. The lobby is very nice, well decorated, clean and room was clean, modern, and convenient with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite being fully booked. And the room was comfy, with plenty of space for us. Also, it was quiet and a very nice setting for a relaxing stay. I would definitely book again if going to SF.

The mini-fridge was a little noisy. You have to drive a little to get to restaurants, gas, convenience stores as it is surrounded by business parks and not much else. Other than those minor things we basically had no complaints.
