Clean and inviting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Basic facilities offered. Loved that a gym and laundry mat was available. Location was great and away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay despite the below mentioned.

You have to request for house keeping and the gym did not have disinfectant wipes. Starbucks coffee was more expensive than what the Starbucks storefront charges. I also did not appreciate the fact that they charge for parking. I do not understand why one has to pay for parking. Free parking should be offered to all guest and is basic, not unless it is valet parking or there is a parking structure or a gate/security gate provided, which there was not.

This place is in a quiet location which is great when you want to rest well. The front desk clerk upon arrival was friendly and met my request for a 1st floor room with a view. The room was clean, spacious enough and had a great firm mattress. Big bathroom. Frig too.Outside my room window was a view of the trail in back. It was nice to be able to take a stroll before dinner. I wish I could've stayed longer! Next time I must be in SF, I will stay here again. Note: In the morn, they serve good coffee in the breakfast area.

We had a very warm welcome upon arrival, with drinks and snacks were available for us to purchase, even though it was 11pm. This property is newly refurbished, so all fixtures and fittings are new. The hotel has a modern feel and was spotlessly clean. We had bay view room, which had a writing desk and sofa, along with chairs and table on the balcony. There was no aircraft noise in the room and very little outside. The airport shuttle runs evey 30 mins and was quick and easy to use. Unlike other airport hotels, this one has a lovley outside area, with tables and chairs in the garden. It is also on the Bay Trail, which is perfect for a stroll between flight. It took us around 30 mins to walk to Oyster Point. Our flight was delayed and reception were very accommodating with regards to allowing us to retain the room for a further 3 hours beyond checkout time.

The shuttle drivers were wonderful. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean, and quiet. I was able to buy beer at the desk, very welcome after a long flight. The bed was very comfy, and I had a small balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the water. There's a Starbucks for getting coffee and food, prices slightly more than a stand-alone Starbucks. Lots of room in the lobby area to lounge and wait, tables to sit at for eating. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Our four-night stay at the Sonesta Select San Francisco Airport Hotel was an overall pleasant experience, thanks to its convenient location, helpful reception staff, and early check-in option. This made it an ideal choice for travelers looking for easy access to flights. Additionally, the reception staff were kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to assist us, including allowing us to check in early after a long flight. This thoughtful gesture greatly contributed to our comfort and rest. In conclusion, the Sonesta Select San Francisco Airport Hotel offered a convenient location and helpful reception staff, making it a suitable choice for travelers. The early check-in option was greatly appreciated. While the breakfast experience could have been improved with a friendlier staff member, it did not overshadow the positive aspects of our stay.

The only minor concern we had during our stay was related to the staff at breakfast. The individual responsible for the breakfast area could have been more welcoming and friendly. Throughout our four breakfasts, they never seemed to smile or provide a warm greeting. While it didn't significantly impact our stay, a more inviting attitude would have made the dining experience more pleasant.

The Sonesta is situated in a business park area in the Oyster Point area of South SF, so the surroundings were nice with a nice bay adjacent to the hotel with a walking path and park. The lobby is very nice, well decorated, clean and room was clean, modern, and convenient with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite being fully booked. And the room was comfy, with plenty of space for us. Also, it was quiet and a very nice setting for a relaxing stay. I would definitely book again if going to SF.

The mini-fridge was a little noisy. You have to drive a little to get to restaurants, gas, convenience stores as it is surrounded by business parks and not much else. Other than those minor things we basically had no complaints.

I loved the front desk staff. He was very welcoming and hilarious. The morning breakfast was ok. Unfortunately I came late and a lot of things were sold out. But the sausage n egg sandwich was good. The view from my room was beautiful. And the walk down the trail was wonderful. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too flat for my liking. The shower was hot one night, but the morning showers were upwards off warm. TV was easy to navigate as well.

The hotel rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and offer all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The linens are clean and fresh, and the bathroom is well-stocked with toiletries. The staff members are friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any needs or questions you may have. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking, which is a great convenience. The surrounding area is peaceful and safe, so you can relax and enjoy your stay without any worries.

Breakfast charge and super early, would be nice if it's later. No stores or food nearby.We believed that we had reserved a room at the hotel that had a pool and hot tub, but we were directed to the other Sonesta suites across the way. The staff at the second location informed us that pool access was not included. It's possible that the hotel is undergoing renovations. We have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed the pool, which is why we chose to stay there again. Despite the situation, the staff was friendly and made accommodations for us.

I love the location for it being in San Francisco, I know it can be difficult due to location, and this one was the perfect location for my stay. excellent customer service at the front desk and my room was amazing. Thank you.

because of booking on Booking.com, the man at the front desk let me know that it is not guaranteed a balcony as Booking.com states, they are working on this issue so keep that in mind.

Early check-in, friendly staff, spacious and comfortable lobby with complimentary coffee and tea in the morning, easy access to SF Bay Trail. Quick Uber ride to Cow Palace or into the city.

Bed could have been more comfortable and bathroom could have been cleaner (in particular the wall across from the toilet was pretty gross). I always appreciate a complimentary breakfast so that would have been nice (only a limited amount of items for purchase, and only available Mon-Fri).
