This was a very busy hotel but the staff were quick to deal with everyone and get us checked in, Staff 10/10. Room was quite basic but it was clean and very comfortable which is all you need for a good nights sleep and as we were flying from SFO the next day it was very convenient for the airport with only a 5 minute drive in the morning, no breakfast available at the hotel itself but there is an ihop right next door and a few food places across the street. Reasonable price.

Had to pay $100 deposit not mentioned when booking but it was immediately returned when check out. Also had to pay $5 to park, again no mention of this beforehand.

I really appreciate the staff, they’re helpful and kind. I felt safe with the front desk staff, and housekeeping were always so helpful.

There were so many things I really liked there isn’t really anything I didn’t like, the only thing I can think of is once the front office didn’t have quarters for the laundry. I was able to get quarters from the local bank so I don’t really mind.

Staff was so friendly late at night and very early morning. Attentive, easy to work with. Especially the manager at front who checked me in and out at 10pm and 5:30am. The fact the IHOP attached is 24hrs was also great so I didn't miss breakfast at 4:30am.

Very minor to say the bathtub isn't in great condition but the water was certainly HOT and whole room including bathroom was very clean. Parking lot is clean and felt safe. But for the price this was better than a motel which is what I had expected.

Local and close with easy access to SFO. Regular Bus access to Downtown San Francisco.

Warning, this Hotel management currently does not accept payments by certain Debit/Credit card provider's, list was extensive. WISE is one of the new FINTEC ones, which I did use last year okay. There is a ATM in Lobby to obtain and pay by cash, just another annoying extra charge.

The location was the only reason why I selected this property. I was on a business trip that required me to fly in late at night & fly out late the next night. The hotel's proximity to SFO International Airport made that possible.

My only qualm with this place was that the parking situation sucked. I was able to find a parking space--in a red zone--after driving around the park lot for about 10 minutes.

The 2-night stay is a great price. Very close to restaurants, gas stations, groceries and good location.

Very hard to get a parking spot. I would suggest that each unit should have at least 1 designated parking spot. Other vehicles parked may not be travelodge customers. The shower area should have a higher edge between shower and water closet so water from the shower will not come out to the wooden floor inside the restroom.

Right next to ihop to feed the kids. Minutes away from the airport with free shuttle so perfect for us.

Room was a little dated, paint was peeling off. Room was really cold during the night, not sure if the thermostat wasn’t working but we were only there 12am-8am so didn’t really matter.

Although there is no breakfast, the price is perfect. Our room was dated but it worked great for what it is. While cutting costs is great for a business putting 2 coffees in a double bed room would make sense. Staff is AMAZING the rooms are CLEAN!! Again it may need a remodel in the near future, but everything works and is solid. And it actyhad a working iron with full size ironing board!! Ended up booking a second night and will definitely return to this location!!!

free pick up from airport nearby. large suite room that had fridge and microwave. very large bed. clean. staff friendly. fast food nearby and garage shop. good value for money compared to city. overall happy.

bathroom very dated. TV broken on stand so sat crooked but it worked. Safe didn’t have a lock but got charged 1$ per day. queried this but no response. stayed 3 nights/4 days but no housekeeping. had to ask for a loo roll as half didn’t suffice for length of stay lol ! lack of convenient socket for charging.

Shuttle runs until 1 am, bed and pillows were so comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly, fridge, microwave in room, larger than average room

Needs a bit of TLC, while using the iron, the board collapsed and water ran out of the iron onto the carpet, using a towel to soak up the water changed the towel from white to brown, a bit disturbing, however the bathroom, linen and counters were clean.
