Modern design, breakfast is amazing (the eggs and sausage are very good), beds are comfortable. The breakfast staff kept cleaning the areas and took time to clean a highchair for my baby and I appreciated that very much. The worker needs a raise!

No cups in the rooms, although they are available outside of the rooms downstairs. Also, the special accommodations room had a tub shower- it really should be a stand in shower to accommodate a wheelchair or roll in walker

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Seemed to have everything I needed covered. Nice lobby layout.

This location needs better security over its parking areas. More motion activated lights and cameras. The parking lot had suspicious vagrants walking between cars as they passed through the parking lot. Maybe a full time guard would help mitigate security concerns. Guests shouldn't have to unload everything into their room for a single overnight stay. Maybe more lighting and cameras would help deter any loitering.

Breakfast was substandard. Scrambled eggs had a very unusual texture, gummy, peculiar taste, two bites and threw out. Oatmeal was very watery (with an oddly flat serving spoon that should be shaped like a ladle instead) Couldn’t eat that either. Staff was ok, nothing negative and did their job but didn’t display much personality or friendliness.

When we arrived there was a few pieces of hair scattered in the bathroom shower and around the mirror. We told the front desk and they said they would send a person to clean in the morning around 12. Housekeeping didn’t arrived until 1:30pm almost making me late to my event. Other than the late cleaning, my overall stay at the hotel was amazing. The breakfast didn’t meet my expectations though. It could have been more flavorful.

The room I had the door would not lock and so they moved me to a different room. When I came back that night the TV did not work. It was late, so it took a little white for the front desk employee to come up and take a look. He was the only one on duty... but he did finally get it working.

the breakfast area was exceptionally clean and well stocked all the way until breakfast was over. Hot pancakes, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, and all the usual stuff were present.

I missed the fact that there was no microwave or coffee maker in the room. Also, it would be nice if Hilton Honors folks got free water and a snack or something when they show up.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice fluffy towels, plenty of them, delicious liquid, lemon soap and lotion in the bath, and a great shower with plenty of hot water. All that plus convenient check in and 24 hour free hot coffee and tea. Modern and clean facility and room. A win all the way around!

nothing not liked. i think it would be nice to have cups in the bathroom, love bathroom but only one person can be in there at time since the shower is see thru. plugged phone to wall beside bed to charge but did not charge over night but moved to bathroom outlet worked just fine. did love the soap and lotion.

The bed was extremely hard to sleep on. We woke up to back pain several times per night. We stayed 6 nights. It was single handedly the one thing that made me want this trip to be over.

The room size, toiletries (no more tiny bottles), ice bucket and cups in central location, good use of space, adjustable lighting, etc. Lots of towels.

The room was nice, but I found it hard to control the room temperature. There was a large black bug (probably water) in the shower stall.
