The room was great clean , the breakfast was perfect the view was nice &’ comfortable etc. absolutely loved my stay ❗️

The staff , there was one in particular African American with straight back braids and long purple blueish colorful nails. She appeared to work day shift because i saw her in the morning but not at night. She was very rude , nonchalant and disrespectful. Very poor customer service skills and she made me and my family members very uncomfortable to talk to. She was rude to me on 3 different occasions! Beautiful hotel and very clean but she was not a fit for that beautiful building ! 0 rating for receptionist!

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great except for the one day, there were shells in the eggs.

The first morning I woke up to a very strong odor in the room. I couldn't smell it in the hall or anywhere else. One of the cleaning staff was nice enough to come in the room and she immediately said it smelled like gasoline. She proceeded to strip all of the bedding, as she said, just in case the smell was in there. Otherwise our stay was very good.

Janae was excellent she welcomed us to our temporary home for the week. The breakfast was the best we have ever encountered. The pristine salt water pool was scrumptious! It's a 5 min walk to any food you need. There had been unfair reviews that we ignored and glad we did.!!! As expected we paid a deposit and got it back promptly at checkout. I Would highly recommend that anyone stay here.

It was good, I only had coffee and muffin but was nice that they provided a breakfast for free

We were forced to evacuate because of the wildfire, it would have been nice if we were offered discounted rates because of circumstances. I read that Myrtle Beach hotels discounted their rooms when the fires were there

No carpet in rooms, lobby bright and open , the location!

Instant coffee instead of fresh brewed. The lady at the front desk upon our arrival was so serious, all about getting task accomplished, not friendly but not rude. Maybe she was busy.

It was in a great location and had a beautiful pool area. There were also gathering areas outside that were nice and as we pulled up there were families gathering together. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we will book again in the future.

Have stayed there several times. Convenient to venue, restaurants, and shopping.

Ongoing renovation but realize this should be short lived and improve future stays

The front desk staff charged us twice because she could not see our payment on her end even though we could see the money was taken out of our account twice and showed her. We had to call our bank so they wouldn't get 2 payments. That was annoying

I loved how close it was to everything. Also, the breakfast was awesome, great selection! Would definitely stay here again

The only thing I didn’t like was how clearly we could hear everything in the lobby/breakfast area from our room

One elevator was offline for all but last morning of our trip and hallways were kept way too hot usually around 80 degrees
