Excellent Junior corner suite view (Beach Tower) with the 2 XL windows and a view of beach and volleyball courts!! The windows are tinted so privacy is protected :). Thank you to Kevin Jarquin for the excellent service on the beach deserves a raise especially handling the spring break week!! Thank you from room 3321! Staff service is excellent at the resort!! A station for the bicycle hybrid bike rental, right outside the hotel. 15 minute walk to the intersection of Las Olas Blvd. Finally food at Salty Siren was delicious especially their grilled chicken sandwich and generous quantity.

The billing system seems to charge with errors like on day of checkout charging resort fee even though we confirmed (at check in) that we had paid it through booking and it was not showing on the statement then. The day of checkout, we noticed it was charged a resort fee for the first day only even though it was not showing in the statement we requested the day prior The staff at the reception quickly/graciously corrected it but guests may want to review your checkout statement.

Front Desk employee Charles was the best. He was able to resolve all of my issues and concerns and upgraded our room. Beach Access. View from the room of the ocean was amazing, the wife loved that.

Maintenance man walked in the room without knocking. Some of the Valet workers are lackadaisical at their job. Some of the staff acted like we was not supposed to be there.

The food was cold and also they didn’t tell you that you have to pay for the buffet and also if you order with the server.

Location, smell, corner room was a great size and nice view. Pool was heated and beach access.

Cleanliness of bathroom. It was dirt and hair in the shower.

I had to beg them every day to clean my room! They never vacuumed.

The rooms were a little tired.

Location was very good for where I spent my time there at the Marina. I only walked the (public) beach once and it was a bit dirty with plastic bottles, broken toys and some trash spread out. I only saw 1 trash can. I did see the tractor out scraping the beach the day I was leaving.

Apon my arrival to my room I immediately had to call maintenance as I had a lamp out and my toilet was constantly running (very loud). The shower was also a bit dirty and even had a lot of hair in the drain and in corners of the shower. :-(

Room was clean and very comfortable

Carpets were outdated and stained. Place was very hard to get to check in counter and speak to anyone and no one really spoke English we could understand

Location was good. Staff was great. Pools were nice. Beach was right there. Even the use of the bicycles were nice. Loved the balcony with ocean view that we had.

Kind of mildew smell but with the 2 pools and right next to the beach I guess that can happen. $55 parking.
