Charging $18 per day for parking when the hotel is not located in downtown area!

What we most enjoyed about the property was the location. It was 15 minutes from Disney World. It was also central to restaurants and stores. It was right off of the highway which was perfect because it made it easier to get to our destinations. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. The employees were friendly and helpful. They would text me throughout our stay to ask if we needed anything which was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the what we loved most was how spacious the room was. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you like firm pillows but I have no complaints about this hotel. They also provide free breakfast in the morning which is a plus. We will definitely be returning!

Huge property....no valet..paid parking and had to walk far..would prefer to have a valet if paying 15 per night to park and gave to walk far..also clean ling lady kept knocking and opening door...even though I had a late check out..also they called from front desk at 5am and I didn't ask for a wake up call..basically got no sleep..between call and doorknocking.

my gosh! The breakfast was phenomenal! It was spread over several areas and contained more than one could even imagine - and all hot and fresh and made to order...it was delicious! The service at breakfast was great as well. Several were attending us - and all in such a friendly way.

There wasn't anything I could think of that I didn't like or wasn't impressed with! Front desk check-in was SO simple and easy. They were so welcoming there...as was the Bellhop - super nice and accommodating!

The hotel was very clean, great location, and the staff were very friendly. They serve an amazing breakfast. The staff are very helpful. It is also very quiet

The water had an awful smell in the shower and sink, The beds were very firm, not comfortable at all. You have to pay 18 per night to park,

COURTEOUS staff. Clean, the omelets were made to order, delicious 😋 and skilled 👩‍🍳 👨‍🍳. Claudia, in housekeeping, was really sweet, professional and attentive.

I would have like a little more fresh fruits. I'm not a cantaloupe and honey dew person.

I loved the very varied breakfast.

Outside, at the hotel entrance, it was raining and there were no cars on both streets, we had to talk to the receptionist. They helped us very kindly. Everything else is wonderful

the inside is beautiful, and I love the first floor seating area outside.

I don’t like that the pool closes at 10, especially when we just returned home from an all day competition, and didn’t get back till 9:30. The kids only swam for 25 minutes after a long, hard day. Also, my room smelt of mildew and was extremely damp. The carpets, the furniture, and sheets were all damp.

Very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was great. The coffee tasted great, the waffles didn’t look/taste like rubber, which is the case in most hotels. The workers kept the area very clean.

It was difficult to find parking.

Loved the spacious room with the mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was really good!

They changed our room rate the last night and charged us for parking both days when I asked the first day at the desk they said it wouldn't be charged, but then I had to spend half hour on the phone getting the parking removed and they couldn't refund the higher room rate.
