The swimming pool area was nice & clean. There was a Shell station was one block over which was very convenient so I could get some beverages and snacks.

Unfortunately, at the time there was renovations going on. So, the breakfast in the morning was just a small bag of yogurt, orange, juice & a breakfast sandwich. I would have liked to have had the normal breakfast of pancakes or waffles. However, I plan on taking another trip to Miami in 2 years & so far I plan on staying here again because there were so much more pros than cons about this hotel.

It was clean and conveniently close to airport. Shuttle to airport was easy and great. From airport shuttle was difficult to find.

Staff attitude was 'a could not care less.'

I liked the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the room. As well as the amenitites. The breakfast was fine, pretty much what i would expect.

I know the wait for the shuttle cant be helped with the traffic but when I call, to ask where i should go for pickup, you should know to send the shuttle at that time. Not just send it when i get there.

The breakfast area was very chaotic at breakfast time and a little small.

Free airport shuttle and free parking and free breakfast were major reasons we chose this place - all were appreciated. The breakfast timing (6-9) was handy for our needs. The food was the same every weekday we were there (dry cereal, make-your-own waffles, prepackaged bagels/muffins, yoghurts, hardboiled eggs, sausages, juices, tea/coffee) but was a bit different the Saturday we left. Many fast food places were nearby. We used a public bus to Miami that stopped right across the street. Note our room faced the airport, so we sometimes heard aircraft, but this was never a problem

The key card situation should be corrected ASAP!!! Our room key cards refused to function about once a day, and had to be recharged at the front desk. The first desk agent we spoke to about this acknowledged it was a known problem. Each time we requested a recharge (from different desk personnel), all we had to provide was our room number. Not only was it inconvenient to make extra trips to the lobby, but we were concerned that some random person holding a room card might cite our room number and so gain access to our stuff. Fortunately, that never happened - maybe all desk staff are good at remembering faces.

For the price I think is great! It haves everything you need in the rooms And is clean!! It was a strange smell in the hallway in my floor i dont know if others floors have the same smell. Was very easy my check in and check out! the lady at the lobby was nice and with a good attitude! We stayed for 1 day so it works perfect!! I do recommend for when you need something closed to airport!!

At the breakfast restaurant Is required 2 people for the kitchen, i sow the lady there can't even breath! is to much work for one person. we didn't sit to eat because we didn't have time. But i wanted just to take 1 boiled egg to go and for the time 5 people is infront of me, they're gone! They put only few eggs the table and aftet guests finished (in 5 mnts) they don't bring more for a while! I just say this to improve the service. But i repeat for the price of this hotel shall not be complaints.

The staff is very incredibly nice they look like ants trying to clean the place the breakfast in the morning was great everybody was really nice and polite even the guy who picked me up at the airport driving the van thank you I appreciate everything they did for me they made me feel very at home I stayed there for 3 nights and every night was great it was really comfortable the beds were really nice and comfortable and very clean most of all clean

Pretty much everything I like maybe it's because I was a long trip and I was really tired but I got plenty of rest and I cannot say I didn't like anything Welcome home to Miami

Shuttle app was very accurate and we were picked up as we exited the airport. Room was comfy and breakfast was very tasty. Hotel offers a shuttle service to the cruise port which was a bonus.

Everything was functional and on point. A big plus is the free shuttle and breakfast included, water available all day in the breakfast area. Quick check in, the room had everything needed. I arrived at night and had to go to Ft Lauderdale by train the next day , so it was great to use the free shuttle back and forth.

The shuttle service stops at 9 or 9.30 pm from the Airport which is very decent, but my flight from Europe with Condor was delayed on the runaway for 2 hrs because a problem at Miami airport so I couldn’t catch it. Wish they would have 24 hrs shuttle.
