I liked the waffles, scrambled eggs,potatoes, fresh fruit.ciffee yogurt, cereal, o.j. I loved how friendly the staff all was , especially Zeke Y and Camy C. They were extremely personal, very accommodating, great personalities. Both of them had big smiles, just felt so welcome. It was my first time staying at a Hampton Inn. The room was super clean. The bed was comfortable and II couldn't hear any outside. Noise or anyone next door so that was wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn at Juno Beach. The hotel is in a fantastic spot, very close to the Juno Beach Pier and its convenient parking lot, perfect for beach lovers. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, making for a relaxing night’s sleep. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was included, which is always a plus, though it was fairly basic. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place to stay if you want to be close to the beach with excellent hospitality.

From day one to day five, the entire staff, exceeded expectations. Clearly a team culture where guests are first has been instilled in everyone from the front desk to the guest services cleaning our rooms. The best part, the coffee/tea station. Always available, always hot, 24/7 makes our stay top notch. Clean rooms, clean parking lot, impeccable lobby and kitchen area, laundry services, front desk staff... Oh and the 5PM chocolate chip cookies were a blast for our party! Breakfast offered a great variary, from waffles, eggs, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, and more. Plenty of options for everyone. Also, so many hotels in the area all charge you to park your vehicles. It was so refreshing to see no vehicle parking fee at this property. One of the main reasons we chose to stay here for our 5 day stay.

I'm getting picky, but, the coffee supplier used at the coffee station during our stay... was weak. Perhaps, changing their suppliers to something more robust without making it a starbucks. I also overheard several guest say the coffee was disappointing, as no other coffee shop was nearby. Again, not a big deal, but this little change would be welcomed.

Very professional and caring staff, especially the Hotel Manager, Zeke, who went above and beyond his duties to accommodate us with our requests. We even extended our stay. Also helpful were Julie and Asia. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel is at walking distance to the beach.

All was good. Nothing to dislike.

It was very clean. Nice large room. Loved the room's doors were all inside. Breakfast set up was good.

We had a backed up toilet in the middle of the night. Maintenance was not in until 9 am., still the clean up was done very well and the maintenance person was very diligent about the clean up. Corporate should find out why room 152 keeps having problems with that toilet.

I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the check out time of 12pm, and they were the only hotel of the six I stayed at on this trip that had dark roast coffee. I also appreciated the scones at breakfast. All sorts of little things like that made this my favorite place that we stayed on our trip.

Room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were nice. We didn't have time to use it, but the pool area was pretty. The location was close to everything in the Juno Beach area. It was nice to have housekeeping replace towels and make the bed every other day.

Tub drained a little slow. Otherwise, I really can't think of anything else.

The location is good and near to the beach but its not a walking distance, we had to look for a spot to park and take our beach gear. The hotel was clean and comfy

I wasn't granted my hilton honors membership points, the front desk lady tried to add them on check out but couldn't

The location is great since is just minutes walking to the beach, but if you go in your car the parking is free if you want to go to the pier side. the breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices, great coffee too. the Hotel is very well maintained, and rooms are very clean.

the only thing was the icemaker was a bit far from our room but other than that everything was great, very friendly personnel!

This was our first time using Hampton Inn & suites even though I have been a Hilton Honors member since 2015,The hotel,the staff,the management and facilities were excellent,The room was large and had a small kitchenette with sink,microwave and fridge outside of the hotel was a nice swimming pool that we did not use and a pagoda with 8 rocking chairs,All of the staff we very nice and helpful especially the guy who checked us in and the manager whoes name I think was Elenore who greeted guests every morning in the breakfast area.It was a short walk or 5 minute car ride to the beach.
