The facility was very good. Rooms clean and handicap amenities were just right. Loved the 24-7 swimming pool. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and ample for our large family's needs.

Check in was painful. It was very late and it took an hour and a half. We were exhausted from a long day of traveling so that didn't help. I thought with reservations the process would go more smoothly. The clerk was extremely slow. Had to read the entire script to every person checking in in spite of the fact that we could all hear what was said to the two customers in front of our large group of 10 people checking into separate rooms.

I have nothing but RAVE reviews for this Best Western property. I included a "Special Request" with my reservation. My request was graciously honored in full. My room was nicely appointed and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff at the front desk were lovely, friendly and went overboard to assist when I had an issue with my car. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, the dining room immaculate and comfortable. There was coffee on and available for guests 24/7 in the comfortable and inviting TV lounge area. My stay extended for several days and this truly felt like a HOME away from Home. Highly recommend!!!!

Friendly and helpful front desk staff upon arrival. Overall friendliness of all staff I interacted with. Clean, quiet room. Bonus: we were able to see our vehicles from our room All lights and fridge worked Supplied toiletries were adequate for our needs We heard jets coming and going from nearby Boise airport but we didn't hear them in our room. Location doesn't allow an answer to the "vibe" question. However, the location was great-easy on and off the interstate but without the noise or lights from vehicles

Change the light bubs from "daylight" (intensely bright, even glaring) to soft white. A big ask, but the daylight types of bulbs are harsh. Good for shops, cellars, not hotel rooms An male on our floor walked up and down our hall with a phone checking doors. Creepy! Only the next day did we understand that he was an employee.

Our 3rd time staying here. Breakfast was really most mornings. Rooms were nice may need a couple repairs but not to bad. Pool was good ceiling was leaking hot tub was good. They needed to keep up on the towels never seemed to have towels in there floors in pool area were dirty but not bad. Hotel staff was amazing they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The night ladies were great and super sweet made the stay so much better. We enjoyed our stay so much

Nothing could of been better with the hotel it would of been nice if the surrounding stores stayed open more seemed like nothing was ever open

Service was very good, and available Items were stocked and presented in a comfortable setting. There was a relatively good variety of items but I would love to see something a little healthier like dairy free yogurt and buckwheat waffles.

The tub was clogged with hair which was disgusting and promptly eliminated. TV remote needed batteries and maintenance solved the problem. I would like to see a bigger pot for tea in the room available by request

The staff was incredibly friendly(Shoutout to Ocean! She made our whole check-in process so smooth!). Breakfast was standard but good. Great pillow diversity.

Basically only grape jelly available? Which was sad because the most exciting part of breakfast was that they had both large and mini waffle options!

Breakfast was good, and the beds were soft. The milk and cookies were a nice touch.

They ran out of pool towels, but there were a lot of kids there. Also, you can hear the hotel doors banging shut around your room in the morning when you're trying to sleep.

Grateful for the breakfast provided. Several options and dietary friendly options available. Very clean and comfortable.

The only thing that could have made the stay better was less freeway noise. In the evening and early morning, the noise was apparent.

Location.

Breakfast staff need to be more on top of it. Got to breakfast and 10 people waiting while EVERYTHING was being replenished. Paid extra so we wouldn’t have to drive for food. Ended up with a cup of yogurt for the extra room rate.

I tried to find the pet friendly status and could not. Thankfully the front desk helped me and our dog was able to stay in our room. We enjoyed sitting outside at sunset, drank coffee and filmed planes coming in for our grandson.
