The staff, especially the breakfast lady were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room we had was very QUIET ❤️.

The electrical outlets on the wall between our beds were broken. I had to charge my phone on the dresser and plug in my Cpap away from the bed, so I couldn't use it. The mop areas around the bathroom door needed paint, and the shower curtain was torn. But, we would stay again.

EVERYONE on staff was friendly, even the maintenance man vacuuming the front door mat. The breakfast staff were really great. Good full buffet and never low on anything. Constant rain and cold out, but clean and warm indoors. Very well run hotel. Check in - under 3 minutes. Lots of great dining options all within 3 miles. ** If you are there for an event at LA TECH, you are three turns and 2.5 miles away and already on the correct side of I-20.

Wish the shower head wasn't so high and the fan in the toilet/shower area was optional, instead of mandatory. In other words...2 switches...1 light-1 fan switch so the fan wasn't running all the time while just using the toilet.

The breakfast menu and eating area were fine. Menu good and area clean. Being able to get coffee 24 hrs was exceptional.

We did not have an ice bucket in our room. This little I know but when asked for one was told not all rooms have them and they could not get us one. Just gave us plastic bags to get ice. I asked for one for 2 days. We did not get clean face towels on our 2nd day and dirty ones left in room.

Convenient, Just the idea that you had a room available was what brought us there but we will return as we come to more LaTech baseball games.

I just don’t like one way streets but they are just about the history of Ruston I guess! Beautiful town.

This was my 2nd year coming to this facility as my son plays 7U travel football. When I found out we were coming to Ruston, I booked with Best Western Plus versus the Fairview where the team was staying because I loved the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. I will always book with this hotel when we come to Ruston. Also, Ruston's Walmart and its workers ARE THE BEST!!

Great location, very clean and they have a nice gym.

The bathroom door would not stay open, the coffee maker was missing a part so coffee could not be made in the room.

Easy on/off the highway, but quiet. Good cheese omelets for breakfast

Lack of good hot water for showering in the early morning. Water never got really warm even after running several minutes

We spent a night in Ruston on our way to Arkansas. It was very easy to get to the hotel. No complaints on cleanliness or workers. We didn’t visit anything local, but there were a lot of restaurants in the area. We’d definitely stay again if needed.

The location was great, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was wonderful everyday I will definitely recommend

We didn’t have housekeeping the whole time we were there I would’ve liked my room cleaned daily
