Close to my events. New pool area is nice, but was unfortunately closed on Saturday after our event. Did accommodate us to be on first floor.

They could have salted the drive area and some of the sidewalks better, could use a little dusting, and some of the doors could use an upgrade. I shouldn’t have to pull the door shut every time I leave it should automatically close(looks like someone tried to get in there without a key).

The hotel was older, but clean. The pool, and the hot tub area was nice. Breakfast was decent.

We stayed 2 nights. We left at 8am from our room and put our sign on our door to make it up. When we arrived back later in the evening to the room it was not made up, and we had to ask for more towels. We went to the pool and later came back to room, and they put the towels on the floor in a bag. Not what we were expecting after spending just about 200 a night. No extra shampoo / soap etc. Kinda disappointing in that area.

The breakfast was good. The gravy was a bit cold, so I went with a waffle love those. We like this location close to our event and walking distance to a bar and grill.

Room was a bit dusty, and I was across the hall from the food court, I couldn’t drown out the beeping from the waffle maker. Also very little water pressure from the shower.

Everything was great. My rooms could have been straight across from one another but we made it work. The pillows... I almost tried to buy one the bed was very comfy also.

Breakfast was good, not enough seating during the rush time. The bed was too soft.

Our stay was good, floor at pool is hard on the feet and rail in hot tub was loose. Bed too soft.

I loved the gazebo outside along with the pretty flowers. As well as the hot tub and pool

I’d say the unfinished outside part…. There is like an old fountain and it would be gorgeous with an outside pool or even a pretty walk through garden or ponds

It was clean! The staff was friendly. I felt very safe there with my children. The pool and arcade are an awesome treat.

The sliding glass front door was broken and I had to push it open.

Good selection of different foods/juices/coffee/etc for breakfast. Good central location to whole area.

Our TV didn't work from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. The woman at the front desk tried several times from there to reset it but it did not work. When we checked out the woman at the front counter said she would refund $30.00 to my credit card for the inconvience.

We came to Michigan to honor my parents last wishes and have a memorial dinner. I was a little leary knowing that this hotel was the oldest in Lapeer especially since I grew up there. I was pleasantly surprised when we opened our hotel room door and the room was very nice. The beds were quite comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean. We have no complaints at all.

The restaurant / bar connected to the hotel was closed.

The breakfast was great. The dining area was clean and the staff made sure the empty tables were always clean and the food was stocked.

I have no complaints at all
