We experienced a power outage in the region during our stay. The staff handled is well. Very friendly and upbeat. They gave us lights to carry to our rooms. They really made the visit one to remember positively.

The breakfast was ok. Having a fresh fruit salad and some fresher baked goods, as well as a variety from one day to the next for the eggs, etc. juice was watered down too. And the dining area was not as clean as it should be - sides of the tables specifically were sticky.

The breakfast was good, The location was perfect and very close to the airport. There's also a shuttle bus on property that operates from 4am to 11pm. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It's a nice quiet spot. There's a 24/7 tea and coffee station and also some restaurants outside the hotel.

There's nothing that I didn't like about this hotel. This will always be my hotel to come to whenever I come back. If you want to relax this is the hotel for your quiet peace of mind.

From check in to check out, it was one of the best overnight stays I have experienced. The room was nice and it was very quiet which we greatly appreciated. Pool was clean, workout room was as well. Also, they provided free bottled water in workout room and in our room fridge. Breakfast was included and a variety of food was offered. Truly, a restful and enjoyable stay.

Room was a great size. Overall it was fairly clean just a few missed things (under the bed). The area was nice. Tons of food options right there. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave.

For a 4 night stay we only had like 1/4 of a TP roll and another mostly used one on the shelf so that waa odd. The showers drain was broken so we had to rig it to get the water to drain. Under the bed was never cleaned from previous people and there was open candy all under. Curtains were mostly sheer so the sun woke us early every single day.

Loved the location! Very clean smelling upon entry. Nice front desk staff. Very clean room. Most hotels have uncomfortable beds. My queen size was very comfy & pillows were nice. Ample towels. I use a lot, and they were very accommodating in making sure I had more for use. only thing that would make it better is if they had a hot tub! A/C + heater was very comforting & kept the room at a decent temperature.

I don’t have much to say about what I didn’t like. The only thing was that I noticed the shower plug was not lifting on my first night. So my water wasn’t draining. I had to drain it after my shower by holding the plug up. When I returned from work for my second day, it was fixed & also looked as if it had been cleaned. They also replaced my shower mat with a fresh new one!

The selection is the same since my las visit. It would be nice to offer a variety of different fruits. It would be nice to offer kosher food for people who don’t eat pork. A vegetarian option would be nice. Thank you

I had to leave for the day and upon returning the bed was not made. This is rather unwelcoming after a long day.

Convenient location to airport

Shuttle to/from airport wasn’t readily available. I had to call hotel to find out there was no shuttle on arrival—but they did arrange a taxi. When departing, I had to take a shuttle at a time that wasn’t convenient since they only run every hour. The clerk at the desk was not at all communicative about how the shuttle worked, as I was expecting a taxi again, and I almost missed getting the shuttle.

The hotel was very clean and inviting. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. They even had lemon infused water in the lobby

There wasn't much that I didn't like. The only thing I can say is that at first they wouldn't accept "Tap To Pay" but after they called the manager they did accept it

The hotel was quite nice, welcoming and efficient. Our room was terrific: comfortable and spacious. This was a last minute change in schedule for us due to an impending blizzard. The staff was pleasant but not always available, - even after ringing for them when we checked out. No big deal, tho I prefer to get my receipt at time of check-out. Though conveniently close to the airport, dining options were not "right there" as we had hoped. Just some smaller venues clearly focused on take-out. But options available of that kind of venue.

The breakfast offerings were decent. My room was clean and smelled fresh, not stale. The bathroom was clean, and all of the furnishings were in good condition.

It took a very long time to get hot water, not sure if it was because of my room location, 3rd floor, or if every room has the same issue.
