Very convenient

We have stayed several times and every time we stay there the employees are always parked at the door where you load and unload your luggage. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is. It’s very inconvenient and I had to get up on the sidewalk a little bit to get around because someone had driven a 4 wheel drive truck and it took up a lot of space. I didn’t say anything before because I thought it was maybe a one time thing or I didn’t realize it was the staff but it continues to happen.

The breakfast was better than other Homes 2 Suites by Hilton that I have stayed at. There was a good selection of items to choose from and plenty of them. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The design of the shower in the bathroom could be better because when you took a shower, water came out from underneath the shower door and there would be water on the floor which flowed behind the toilet and under the vanity.

I live locally and wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday being relaxed and having someone clean for me 😂 This property is underrated. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping are amazing. All of my out of town guests will be staying here!

I like my pillows a bit firmer than the three that were in my room.

Breakfast choices were good. Immediate hot water in shower was great. Good sized refrigerator for restaurant leftovers.

Should have provided bottled water each day. Just upon arrival is kind of cheap on your part. Floor creaked enough to awaken guest at night.

Easy check in, The staff is friendly and were helpful. Rooms were spacious. The hotel looked and smelled cleaned.

The pillows weren't firm enough to our liking, but the night staff provided another pillow with in minutes of asking for another. The conditioner in the shower was out or the pump didn't work. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain.

Surgery scheduled for my aunt the next morning, a mere 2 minutes away at Mt Carmel Hospital. The front desk clerk was amazing, welcoming, helpful and very helpful. The room was pristine, roomy, bathroom fully stocked with plenty of towels, etc. The beds…oh my goodness…so comfortable. I never have as good a night’s sleep than when I stay at this Home2Suites. Free breakfast was also delicious. Plenty of complimentary coffee, juices, etc. My 6th time staying here, and it never disappoints.

Overall a comfortable stay. Self Serve Breakfast was typical for a low priced hotel. HVAC and bathroom room fan were noisy. Unfortunately there was no switch to turn off the bathroom fan. It ran even when the light was off.

The breakfast could be better, but the stay itself was really nice and met our needs. The rooms are nice and spacious and the beds are comfortable.

It was a little bit more money then I’d like-

good location for us. Nice rooms with enough space so you don’t feel cramped.

We understood that there wouldn’t be housekeeping on a daily basis, but it would have been nice to have extra trash bags and liquid dish soap so we could keep our room clean.
