We had the king's suite with the kitchenet. The room was nice and clean. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the ac was awesome. The swimming pool was nice a little on the cold side. We did have access to the electric girls on the patio, which was nice because we did have a little cook out .And they have utensils that you can check out.

Did not like the fact that ohio is a legal state for recreational marijuana use... Open to air, we were outside, enjoying some flower and we were rudely interrupted and told to move off an empty patio to the parking lot. My understanding that the patio is where you smoke, because it's open to air.Mind you again, nobody was around us, and there were no NO SMOKING SIGNS.ANYWHERE.

Clean facilities. Great location. The first staff member when we checked in was very nice, Allison. We had a one bedroom suite and it had a lot of space which was really nice for our family of 4.

The staff at the front desk did not look up or greet us besides one person the first night we checked in. The toilet paper holder was really far from the toilet, like further than an adult’s arm reach. It made it difficult for the kids so we ended up just placing a roll on the back of the seat. The free breakfast was decent. I felt bad there was only one person running around trying to maintain the breakfast when it was busy.

The front desk agent Henry who checked us in was super friendly, our room was very clean and we loved the amenities, the area in the lobby where you have breakfast was spacious and clean, they had a nice selection of food, and even a corner of frozen foods/drinks/candy/last minute essentials(ie laundry and hygiene items) for purchase. There was a woman there attending the food at breakfast and she was also so kind, I love when I go to a hotel and the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome to be there.

The breakfast was exceptional! We were very pleased with that. Also we were very happy with Shawn who helped us a lot at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and help us with anything we needed.

We booked our stay through booking.com. They were very hard to get ahold of with a minimum 30 minutes on hold each time we called. We were told we had 2 nights reserved and they only had 1 night for us. We will not book through them again.

The staff, particularly the concierge Sean, was friendly and efficient. Sean checked us quickly and efficiently and made sure that he provided us all of the necessary information. He made it a point that we felt welcomed by talking to us about our trip. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable with plenty of space.

The front of the facility along the road was not yet complete so the entrance to the hotel was a little tricky to locate.

Amazing staff , rooms were extremely clean , breakfast was fantastic. The staff really cares and it shows. Beautiful hotel , will always stay here when visiting columbus Ohio , and will look for Home 2 suites when travelling else where. 10/10

I didn’t enjoy breakfast. The staff was rude when I asked for help. I also asked if the meat was pork b/c the food wasn’t properly labeled and the staff was unable to answer the questions. Aldo There weren’t any forks, and I could find some one to assist.

Very clean rooms, the guy at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly and interacted with my kiddos! The free Breakfast that was included was really good as well. Would deff stay again if I was in the area. Very nice outside seating as well as a good clean indoor pool! 10/10 recommend

Everything was excellent

Location was fine in the lobby. Food was acceptable, a 3.5/5.0.

As a diamond member I would have thought the front desk would have acknowledged that like I have experienced in most other properties. But they did not. Perhaps that is something they no longer do.

Breakfast didn’t work for me. I am diabetic and not enough choices. Monday when I came down there was nothing except sweets available, no fruit, no eggs, no sausage…this was my only disappointment.
