Breakfast was great and the location was great

The elevator needs fixed, thought there was something sketchy about it when I first got in it. My brother happen to be at the same location and he and his wife were stuck in the elevator and could not get out, until he called me then we had to pry the door open. Guy at the front desk said he had to go flip the breaker, it does this all the time, I think this needs fixed permanently.

The lobbyist on the front counter for morning and night shift wasn’t very warming. Very bad customer service; more like you decided to book here and it should have been thank you for booking and enjoy your stay. Customer service is very poor. I even asked the lady was everything going ok? She just snapped yes and continued to be rude!

The location was perfect - it was easy to get to all of our destinations. The bed was very comfortable. Clean! Staff was very friendly & helpful. Big bathroom with “slip proof tiles” and walk-in shower with bench seat (“disability room”).

We had trouble keeping the shower head in one spot - adjustable clamp needs to be replaced, likely. It would move with the water pressure & slide down, getting the floor wet. Suggestions (not necessary, but would be helpful): put a hook by the shower for towels so they won’t get wet. Also, put a small table in the room to play games on.

Breakfast was wonderful, attendants were friendly and kind, hotel was quiet and near restaurants. I would have liked for the location to be closer to more restaurants or to the 100 mile highway sale but the travel was not too far.

location could have been better but overall a great experience

The lemon infused water in the lobby in the afternoon. Hot summer = Hydration and they nailed it. Great touch. Also jhad a mini mart was craving a late night snack and they had pizza.

The hotel staff at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The room was nice and roomy and clean.

The hotel was marked down in cleanliness because there was something on the floor - from the door to the elevator. It wasn't cleaned up, even a couple of hours later when we came back from eating. It was water or it would have dried and gone away. This left spots on the floor. I also am not a fan on staying in hotels that keep dogs, so I was surprised to see a collie in the lobby "checking in" with owner. Maybe spots on floor were from the dog?

Kudos to the housekeeping staff! We stayed 4 nights and our room was refreshed daily.... that's almost a rarity these days. The front desk was very nice. The breakfast served was great.

Very clean, beds were comfortable. Even though the hotel was near the highway it was quiet. Also it was easy access to the hotel from the highway. Highly recommend

Everything was clean, beds were comfortable & shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was especially good. Sausage, eggs & waffles were better than expected.

This place is beautiful. It was clean & comfy & had everything you would need if you forgot something. We would definitely stay again if we're ever back that way!
