This location is prime! This was our third time choosing this location. The staff is very helpful, extremely friendly, and willing to bend over backwards for us. The price was great. The pool was clean and stayed open at a decent hour for guest to swim. House keeping was on point, i was making a project in the room and they were there right away to help me clean up, no complaints. The hotel is close to excellent eateries, stores and sites. There was a concert downtown, which was exciting to attend. Downtown life is amazing.

The breakfast could be more favorable. It was very bland, but im sure they were cooking or warming up thing from packages. I wished it was more personal, like the staff.

Me and my friends came in town for a concert. Check in was fast and easy. We absolutely loved the women at the front desk they were so helpful to us! Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and air worked great, and the breakfast was good too! It’s located close to a few restaurants and bars that made it easy on us to have fun and be close, and I always felt safe!

Loved the location. Close to great eating, bars, and concert venue. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast had a nice selection. Don’t usually comment on this but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided smelled great!

The bed was pretty firm and uncomfortable. The hallways were very hot and humid but thankfully once you were in a room it got so much better. The coffee for breakfast was a bold coffee and it was awful. Maybe offer a medium roast instead or as an option. Parking is expensive. It’s the hotel garage lot and yet you’re charged an extra $17 a night just to park there. That should be included in your room stay.

Clean and updated rooms, great location!

The parking garage height is not accurate - its obscured by a pipe hanging several inches down - and we had booked this hotel partly because it had a secure parking garage. I was moving across country and measured the van height meticulously, but because of the pipe (and the height printed not accounting for it) the van got scraped and we had to find regular street parking.

If you are visiting the Dylan or Woody Guthrie Centers, this is the best hotel to book. The centers are right down the street in easy walking distance as are several nice restaurants. The parking is a very reasonable $15. The Arts District features 108 Contemporary (museum) which is another plus and they are all on the same block. The hotel has a nice little indoor pool which we used and a nice breakfast with lots of choices and decent coffee.

Charles at the front desk was amazing. He assisted us with planning our meals and attractions. The room was modern, and the layout was perfect. It had a leather sofa and two televisions. You are in walking distance of museums, restaurants, and the center of the universe.

The mattress was too firm for my liking, but the bed was not uncomfortable—just not as comfortable as the previous hotels we stayed in.

I liked the location, not far from city centre, in an old industrial area. Nice confortable rooms, very clean bathroom

I didn't like the breakfast. Boiled eggs from days keept in a fridge, no fresh bread. The fist opened milk was already spoiled. And didn't aldo liked the paper plates and plastic cutlery.

The location was great. It was close to the concert location with restaurants in walking distance.

Added an additional night to the trip, and the cost was 3 times the price of 1 night. Make sure to ask the cost before adding adding nights.

Weve been staying there 2 yeara now.The staff there is amazing . Quick check-in always greeting with a smile. MY husband and I left 2 of our favorite jackets there. Tiffany helped make sure we got them back back.

Very friendly staff and clean. Secure and convenient location for going to Cains.

AC had a tick that was loud and annoying. Bed was hard and pillows were flat. I feel it was overpriced because of the comfort could have been better.
