Our brief stay was so comfortable, I woke up twice during the night and thought I was at my home, until I regained my senses. Other places we've stayed, I've had an uneasy feeling throughout the night, due to the lack of cleanliness, uncomfortable bed, etc. I didn't feel that at all here, in fact I wanted to stay longer. The hotel receptionist was so welcoming, too, and made us feel so at home.

Really nothing comes to mind.

I do love staying here. For work it is convenient. The rooms are very comfortable and big. Love the stand up showers. Staff has always been so helpful and polite.

Only think I wish was better is the smell of weed in the elevators and hallways. I have had to bring my own room spray the last few visits to keep the smell out of my room and off cloths.

Clean. Allowed pets. Breakfast and location. Water pressure good. Great staff.

Vending machines not supplied properly. Lack of security with non locking side entrance. Maintenance to room scheduled during stay to upgrade thermostat. Rooms could be updated.

This is a perfect place to stay when traveling on the Pennsylvania Turnpike and you don't want to go into downtown Pittsburgh. (Which I love, but it can get pricey.). We have stayed here at least half a dozen times en route north and south from other places. It has always met our needs and exceeded our expectations for the caliber of hotel/motel that it is. I have stayed in a lot of other Comfort Inns that are far inferior. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. It's clean. There is a breakfast. There are good restaurants within driving distance and a good Mexican restaurant in walking distance. All needs met!

I wish the breakfast would go one hour longer, as we are not early risers. Many people are digital nomads or retirees with unusual hours. Tagging on an extra hour for breakfast would be genius.

Perfect for location, easy access to highway and attractions. Quiet, clean room, great shower. Perfect pricing

Air-conditioning. The building was very humid, feel like the air conditioning could have been cooler throughout. Made elevators and hallways stuffy

Breakfast was excellent, thank you. Was available promptly at 7:00 and we needed to be on the road by 7:30 so we appreciated that.

We requested a first floor room. Were originally assigned a 5th floor room; when I brought that to his attention, he did switch us to a first floor room (#105) which was very conveninet, but then it had a king bed instead of two doubles as we expected. Mattress was mediocre...softer than we like.

It was an inexpensive place to stay that was clean and basic comforts were met.

Their pillows were lousy, little squares 4 of them but they were all the same. It would have been nice if they had to thick to thinner maybe different firmness. Temperature in room was difficult to regulate, too warm for my preference. Place Slightly dated but overall nice.

Breakfast was better than most hotels. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We use the public area for visiting with non guests. Large parking lot was helpful, since we had guests visiting. Beds were very comfortable.

One of the elevators was not working.

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with delicious waffle batter. The waffles came out light and fluffy. The location is perfect, with restaurants and shops all around. I would stay here again.

The only downsides were the pillows. They were very soft with no firmer pillows in the closet. Also the mattress didn't have a protective cover.

beds were very comfortable…staff was so nice and friendly … breakfast was very good … happy to have a microwave in the room

not a fan of dogs in the hotel…looked to be a puddle of “tinkle” left in the elevator…the other elevator had sticky syrup (from breakfast) on the floor…room’s coffee maker wasn’t clean, I changed my mind about using it when after wiping it out and running a cup of water (to clean it) through, it still had stuff floating in the water. 😲
