The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean.

The entire doorknob was missing from the door to the toilet and shower area, leaving the hole exposed. The door to the room was missing the locking mechanism at the top of the door. The television was not hooked up correctly so once I fixed it then I had to ask for the correct remote from the front desk to make the television work properly. I strongly disliked that the location is one way in and one way out as far as driving goes.

Security next door was accusatory while I was cleaning up trash. Felt like he was watching me like a hawk ready to pounce on me. I explained to him he needs to prioritize and stop the tagging on walls and windows.

Would like to personally thank the staff at the front desk, and the cleaning staff who helped tend and clean my room after falling severely ill to food poisoning. I sincerely thank you for helping me through a horrible time!

The room was very spacious, easy access to the highway and many places to eat within walking distance. It felt safe too. The staff were all friendly and free parking.

The continental breakfast was okay but not many choices for hot beverages. It’s either coffee or regular tea. It would have been nice having choices for herbal teas and sweeteners other than white sugar.

Everything else that I didn’t mention. The front desk had excellent customer service ! Staff was very friendly

The carpet had lots of stains . It could have been cleaner . Maybe get a shampoo job in . Overall everything was great . The room was a lil noisy because there were young men / basketball players cutting up , clowning around, and cursing. Overall everything was Great !

Off to the sides of the property it was messy but the room and inside the property it was clean the morning we checked out we saw someone cleaning the parking lot

The staff was very nice per usual this is right around the corner from my house and my fiance and I like to come every once in a while for a "getaway" in the hottub room! The rooms are always clean

The breakfast doesn't look good I never eat it just grab a muffin and some fruit if I wake up early enough and I thought it was strange that I got a handicap room this time but it was fine

It was clean calm and quiet . Breakfast was nice and fresh. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The television, we couldn’t watch tv screen on a full screen nor could we change the channel

we went for 2 days to a wedding with the whole family we stayed in 4 rooms the service is very comfortable the rooms are very clean everything works well everything telephone internet comfortable and clean beds there are no noises the pool is always clean the employees are excellent especially the person who attends breakfast in the morning
