Clean and well maintained

Located in a industrial area with no options for eating out. I was there four nights without a vehicle and there was options within walking distance to eat. I ended up taking a uber each night which was more than the cost of meals.

I liked where is located very easy to find and very close to where I needed to be. The staff was great even though we had some language barrier because I speak mostly Spanish but he was great and friendly.

There was coffee but no waters usually where i stay there is a couple waters for the morning coffee

Cockroachs 🪳 on our personal belongings and food, several large ones on combination desk/ dresser/ microwave/ mini fridge. TV had a mind of its own and turned itself up to level 100, had to change input to manually lower. Then that stayed in the middle of the screen. The bottom corner of the door had a large opening big enough for rodents and other pests to easily access room #212.

Was super worried after reading some of the reviews, glad I stuck with it. It was perfect for my night stay for show at the frost bank center. Staff was friendly and room was clean, bathroom was all good.

It was a little musty but after reading some of the bad reviews and I got my room I was like man this is awesome!

Everything was Satisfactory

There was nothing to complain about. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Will be going back to that location in a couple of weeks.

Location, very friendly staff, easy check in and out, clean room and very comfortable beds.

The coffee maker did not work in the room but other than that everything was fine.

The room was a good size and the bed was super comfortable! It was all very clean

The bathroom was really small and we got a room with a sink faucet that had been leaking. The faucet had a towel wrapped around it as some sort of “solution”. There was hardly anyone else staying at this hotel while I was there, definitely could’ve put us in a room without a broken faucet. The continental breakfast was very small/had limited options.

The bed, blankets, and pillows were EXCELLENT! Very I slept wonderfully because of how comfortable they were. The breakfast was good, too!

The pool was dirty, and the bathroom wall looked either dirty, or like the paint was chipping.

The bed was so comfortable and room was a good size

Staff was rude. Gave me a hard time when I pd with bank card. Didn’t believe it was my card. Had to show on phone the transaction.

Convenient location for concert at Frost center.

Came back from dinner and found a large spider on bed. Luckily was able to notice and kill before bedtime.
