.Kim, the lady in reception, was very kind and helpful, and when I told her about my room problem, she changed my room with a 20% discount and gave me a more comfortable and quiet room. The staff are accommodating and friendly.

Very responsive and friendly staff, good service all around, bathroom had a bathtub and it was great! Only minor nitpick is the blanket is too thin, but otherwise 10/10 all around!

I love that this place is very convenient, close to shops Etc. I will be booking with this hotel every time I visit the Philippines.

May be some shampoo or complimentary coffee or tea Inside the room.

Right across the street from WalterMart mall making it convenient for many things

1. Stayed here a few times and several of the rooms have broken down safe boxes 2. Shower was not hot 3. Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing

Friendly and helpful staff and Manager. My cousin forgot her cap when we checked out and she was able to retrieve it.

Staff forgot to give us breakfast stubs when we checked in. It was given on the day before we ate breakfast so it caused just a little delay.

Most staff are very nice and kind and whenever I travel I stay in Eurotel Makati.

WiFi and Breakfast. WiFi is very slow and sometimes I need to call staff to check the WiFi. Breakfast is mostly for Ph people not for Japanese or foreigners so its quit hard to eat Breakfast.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful, there was only plenty of parking space and the location is very convenient near all stores.

The water in the bathtub was brown and muddy :(
