First off, the massage was amazing. Noemi and Loida really know their stuff. That one hour flew by, and we were so relaxed. They listened to exactly what pressure we wanted, and even let us chill for a few extra minutes after. It was perfect. Honestly, everyone on staff was just lovely. From the moment we walked in, at reception, in the spa, the gym, even at Misto, everyone was so friendly and had a genuine smile. It really made us feel welcome and comfortable. Funny enough, we got the same room we had back on December 7th! What are the odds? Everything was tidy and well-organized, though we did notice a pair of slippers was missing. But honestly, that didn't matter much. And the birthday cake! That was such a sweet surprise. An early birthday treat made my day extra special. Thanks so much to all the staff and management at Seda. You guys really made our stay memorable.

I liked everything except parking and ticket validation needs to be improved for hotel guests.

I booked an overnight stay in a club room for our Wedding anniversary. Cake provided was nice. The access of my 2 kids (10 and 11yo) to the club room was also amazing since they were allowed to join during the cocktails (530pm-730pm). The pool is big although the water is super cold I was not able to join my son swim I cannot bear the coldness.

Since we booked in a club room, when we went down to the MISTO resto for the buffet breakfast, we were informed that our 2 kids cannot eat at the resto and we need to pay extra for them but the kids can eat at the club lounge in 23rd floor. They could've just let the 2 kids eat with us for free since we paid for them extra and they are below 12yo (they'll just eat cereals and pancakes anyway)

Breakfast buffet - it was full in misto ground floor so they set up another buffet area in the 2nd floor Room service - the food was excellent, still warm and delivered within 1 hour Staff - everyone was happy and cheerful and ready to help in the hallways

Room - I could hear the conversation of the people passing thru the hallways - so i was thinking if someone was standing in my doorway they will be able to hear my conversations too Check-in - I did online check-in but it still took me 20 mins waiting before someone could assist me. I booked thru booking. com and the price I got was higher than the price given to the guests before me. I was wondering how I could get lower rates Room Service - I asked for take away boxes but it took 2 hours to give me the plastic containers

We arrived in time for afternoon tea at the Club Lounge, where we were given exclusive check-in. Our room wasn't ready for an hour, but we were given a late checkout to compensate, which I felt was very fair; it also gave us time to have tea. All of the staff were very polite and accommodating. The room was beautiful, of a good size, and pristine. The bed was very comfortable, and the sockets near the bed were a great convenience. The sauna and steam room were wonderful after swimming. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

The hotel was very busy with an event during our stay, so there were some delays (e.g. our room, breakfast tray refills, etc.), but nothing that spoiled our overall stay. The parsley-scented shower gel in the bathrooms was a bit strange; unless you enjoy the scent of green juice, consider bringing your own soap. 🤣

We always love and preferred to stay here in SEDA Vertis North every time we decided to have a staycation because of excellent behavior of the staff (accommodating/attentive and friendly), clean and comfortable rooms, secure and safe environment, great facilities and we liked the most was they allowed guest until 10:00 PM. I highly recommended SEDA Vertis North. Thank you SEDA!

It was my first time at Seda it’s conveniently located, food was good and the room is comfortable. The AC though was weirdly noisy.

We booked a club lounge access to elevate our experience but honestly it’s not worth it. Staff isnt attentive, they didnt replenish breakfast quickly to the point we gave up and leave. The coffee was not even hot. Our booking was during the holidays so I understand the influx of people but quality isnt supposed to be lessen just because it’s a busy period.

I stayed here few times. Clean and spacious room, swimming pool, kids playground, gym, sauna, good food for breakfast, pastries store, rooftop view, and friendly staff. Good wifi connections, variety of tv channels, comfty bed and pillow, fast resupply of drinking water. Strategic location because it is near from Ayala/Trinoma Malls, restaurants, walking distance from MRT station and across the street from Solaire.

Clean, good size room, good breakfast

For a club room, some staff are not aware that we can check in at the 23rd flr. First we were advise to check in on the ground floor. When it was our turn, we were directed to the 23rd but no one assisted us, the reception may have forgotten that we dont have access to it so had to come back to ask the staff to assist us. Also for a club room, it is lacking some difference to the deluxe room. The lounge is also barely satisfactory on its amenities or food choices.

The staff are very accommodating. From start until the end.☺ I will choose them for my next event.
