Location! This is the closest hotel to DLP walking wise - apart from Disney hotel itself. It was sooo handy to be able to walk back and forth when we got tired and wanted a rest or even forgetting a thing or 2 back in the room. Reception staff and bellmen were super friendly and helpful. Loved using the heated pool and sauna and found all facilities to be excellent. Bedding was super comfortable and was great to have a deep restful sleep after long days at Disney!

The cleaning staff were not overly friendly - asked if we could have extra water but they were very standoffish/rude when replying no. One of the rooms we had, they did not refill the shower gel which was empty after our 1st night and they did not replace the facial tissues either.

The hotel is amazing! Everything about it is perfect for the family.

The major let down for us was the staff in the breakfast area. We are Irish so the food on offer didn’t really appeal to the adults in our family. We paid for the 5 of us to eat and after seen the buffet, we decided to only allow the kids to have breakfast and we would get some in Starbucks later. So we basically asked for a refund on the 2 adults as we were not gonna eat. However because of this situation we have staff members standing over us and talking amongst themselves about us. They chose to basically watch us for our hole sitting to make sure we didn’t eat there food. That part killed it for us, so disrespectful towards us.

That the accessible room was spacious, and managed to get my wheelchair around the room fully. The bathroom was accessible as well.

The bathroom area with the toilet and show in mind could have had extra railings on the opposite sides too, for instance there was a rail on the left hand side on the wall but not on the right, which would be very useful for me and others. The fact that the room service breakfast did not bring everything that we had selected on the card that was provided to us in our room booklet, and as of this, I did not get all the food I was allowed to have (being a person with allergies)

The location of the hotel was very close to the DisneyLand park, 5' walking distance. The large grass playground in front of the hotel is very nice, children can run and play there. The hotel itself has many options and facilities for kids and adults. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was great but a bit expensive (almost the same rate for adults and children). The room was comfortable, spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and well air-conditioned. Check-in and check-out was fast and smooth. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

Breakfast rate should be significantly lower for children (half the adult price). The hotel is generally expensive but it's close to the park and offers high-quality accommodation. I would appreciate some daily replacement of water bottles.

Close location to Disneyland.

Hair dryer did not work and sink did not drain

Being a Disney themed hotel, the room configuration, facilities and service have met our expectations! It is also near the theme parks and village so there is minimal hassle in accessing the amenities. The beds were super comfy and we had a restful sleep and recharged the next day.

Restaurants in the hotel are a tad pricey, including laundry service which we used. However, that is to be expected since it's a relative new hotel within proximity to the parks.

The Art of Marvel Hotel in Disneyland Paris is a hit with kids, especially the Hero Station where they can snap amazing photos. Just a 10-minute walk from the Disneyland parks, it's a superhero-themed paradise for families.

The hotel has its drawbacks: no slippers in the room, no grocery options around, and long queues for both attractions and lunches. Additionally, most restaurants require advance booking, leading to potential disappointment for spontaneous diners. Furthermore, guests may need to request complimentary water for their rooms. Also to mention that Park tickets were not included to the hotel price

The décor, location, and staff were all amazing. Coming here as an English speaker was easy

I wish there was a shop onsite that sold sundries. My wife came down with a sinus headache and they said the we needed to get in a taxi to reach a pharmacy. A little shop that sold travel essentials instead of just merch would be helpful.
