Lovely place to stay with nearby stop for M13 and M14 that goes to city centre in 15mins. Comfortable bed, perfectly clean bathroom with all necessities. There's also a kitchen and lovely lounge area which we were sad to have not utilized enough.

Very clean, very friendly personnel, 10 minutes walk to the metro and I have to tell you that you will be dependent on the metro (Line 13 is very good - for Versailles the ticket is just 2.50 euros - just use metro from hotel to Invalides and switch to train C with the same ticket) Also, if you arrive from BVA Airport, the aerobus will leave you at Saint Denis (which is the end of Line 13) - super nice and super close to the hotel. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed on. We arrived sooner than the check-in hour and the stuff just gave us the room without any extra-payment. If the hotel manager sees this message, I just wanna say: a huge THANK YOU

The staff was very nice and welcoming, willing to help with anything we needed. The game room they had was also very fun. It was also very close to the subway, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants so it was very easy to get to the center of the city or to get anything we needed. We also found the bed to be quite comfortable and the room was nice and spacious. It was also well isolated and we didn't hear much from outside.

They do let you know they don't change the towels every day, but at least during our stay it was more they didn't change them at all (we did ask, but I assume the staff forgot to communicate this to whoever cleaned the room). The wi-fi wasn't the best either. While we had access to a kitchen, I feel like a kettle and a mini fridge in the room would be good.

+ comfy beds. + large desk to work on. + sparkling cleanliness. + reliable wifi. + philosophy (local products, diversity, low waste, ...) + common kitchen and laundry. + quiet. + strictly non-smoking.

- the tap in the bathroom is too close to the edge of the sink, making it uncomfortable to wash hands, and using more water than it would be needed (a contradiction for a property that aims to save water). - I would not leave the chairs over the tables in the kitchen, to me it doesn't look very hygienic nor welcoming (looks like a closed restaurant). - the surrounding area can be a bit shady, anyway no real issues for me.

The location of the hotel was close to the metro that takes you to the city center or stade de france within 20-25 minutes and 15 minutes respectively. The room was very clean, there was a lot of space, the room was not too warm in the summer time, the bathroom had everything you need and the staff was very friendly. There is a lovely Lebanese restaurant down the road called O'splendide, we highly recommend it!

The parking in front of the hotel was quite expensive and there are not a lot of spots. It costs 35 euros per day and we were not provided with any cheaper options in the area. The bed could have used an extra pillow, we were only provided with one per bedside.

I only have one night I really enjoyed staying there afternoon stuff are soo friendly, kind,beautiful and the love chatting with them . Knows how to speak to customer always time to listen My fight was changed I asked them if I can stay for longer because I leave in London the lady was so polite to me making me feel comfortable to stay and wait for my flight time super start The room all clean and smells nice even at the reception was smelling so sweet Last option stay morning and afternoon smells so nice hahahaha I mean perfume❤️ Perfect hotel 🏨 I will rebook again next time with my kids

Rooms are spacious. Receptionist Mela was so kind ,accommodating and helpful.

Knocking our rooms for cleaning and opening it while we are still sleeping. Needs to provide a hanging notes outside the door. Saying “Don’t disturb “ (means we are still inside and sleeping)or Please clean our room (meaning we are already out) We would like our room to be cleaned but needs privacy as well.Hope manager can sort it out.

My flight was delayed, so I arrived only the next day and couldn’t get a refund for the first night, which I didn’t spend at the hotel. However, overall, it was a good experience

The hotel is very clean and cozy with interesting design. Very attentive and responsive staff that creates such an atmosphere that you feel at home. I left a pleasant impression and was very pleased with the administrator Mala, who very quickly and kindly helped solve our small problems with changing the room to a more comfortable one, with parking and any other little things that we contacted her about.
