A sympathique place with very welcoming staff. The room is super clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very nice and having a well equipped kitchen is always a bonus. I will recommend this to friends. Quiet neighborhood.

The location Porte d'Italie, is a small bit off the way from Paris major attractions and you have to walk some to get to hotel. During the time of stay, in December 2025, the road to hotel was completely blocked and you have to take a long detour around the block to get there. The balcony is very small an the view is on to the highway, nothing to see there. The Lobby is spacious, but must be better equipped and better decorated to be appealing. , but it is ok.

The location was very close to different metro stations, one of them the one going to Orly airport so it was perfect for us. The facilities and staff were very good. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the AC in our room, but the staff wrote it down and then came to fix it without any problems. We also did not have breakfast booked at the beginning but it was no problem going there in the morning and booking it for one day. They have a nice common area at the reception where you can easily work and relax which was great. There was also a little kitchen corner in our room which was great.

We booked the room for two people but in the end the bed was kind of small for two, so it was cramped there. Further, the kitchen didn't have any utensil for washing and drying the dishes (sponge or towel or anything) so this was a little difficult to handle.

Staff was super nice. The hotel is comfortable, especially beds. The room was clean, it has everything we needed.

It was pretty cold in the room. I set the temperature on 23 degrees, then on 25. Didn't work. It still felt like 16. Other from this, it was all ok. Didn't want to complain about it, because, as I said, staff was super nice and we had everything else. Besides that, I traveled to Germany a month ago and over there was cold too. So, I guess it's like that in many places.

The location was very good, it wasn't always close but the metro station was very close and everything was reachable. Place was very clean and staff were quiet helpful and friendly. Communication was clear and everything was communicated before hand and it was no surprises or any unexpected situation. Reception also was very helpful, friendly and with a fantastic communication.

There was no heating or it was not working. It mostly was not needed as room had quite good ventilation, but it would be very good and more comfortable if we could adjust room temperature to our needs.

Location genuinely Parisienne: not touristy, but we loved La Liberte, our local bar/restaurant, which had an eclectic but welcoming clientele and was great to return to at the end of the day. Truly excellent location, with Metro 7 on our doorstep together with the tram which runs all the way to Versailles. Clean, modern, very reasonable price. Staff were friendly and did their best.

Negatives arose from the hotel's newness. (1) staff were willing but inexperienced (2) air-conditioning was effective but for some reason switched off every 2 hours at night, and had a very complex mechanism, In such hot weather, this required one of us to get up 3 times a night to wrestle with it! The staff did not have the technical expertise to fix this. (3) the hotel had only 5 irons for clients to borrow, and all were being hoged by otehr rooms. I suggest a penalty fee if not promptly returned after use! In the end we bought one for ourselves.

Very clean, the staff were kind, the kitchen was well equipped and also clean, it was located near a metro station which makes it easy to access the city, the room was well isolated and quiet, they accepted to keep our luggage so we can explore the city freely in the last day.

around 11PM a security staff of the hotel suddenly opened the door, we didn't expect it to have someone open our door at that late hour, so it was a frightening experience. I think they should check to see if the room is empty before entering or at least knock.

Nice apartement hotel. Great location with a decent price. The hotel is a bit hidden from the main street but it is still within a walking distance to the nearest bus/metro station.

Tried to change the temperature for the AC but nothing seems to change. Nevertheless the temperature is okay (this is in autumn). Need to air the room by opening the window when first coming into the room because of the smell coming from the bathroom.

The room was as described. Super comfy and has a shared balcony that you can walk along. It had breakfast and a bar and the bathroom was lovely. It was completely accessible for a wheelchair user/ disabled person with step free access from the front entrance to the room. Would recommend!

The staff were a little short and not particularly welcoming. When we checked in the man was quite short and looked quite annoyed (presumably as we were checking in about 11:30pm) but the check in time stayed until 12am. The security staff was fine though, very friendly.

Good location for transport, shops and places to eat. Several metro stations nearby. Room was clean, fairly spacious and the kitchen area was well-equipped. Good choice of TV channels. Reception staff friendly.

If I'm being fussy the light in the bathroom above the sink is really dim. It would be better to replace the 2 pouffés with comfortable chairs. There is the space and currently the only comfortable place to sit is on the bed.

Liked that we all had separate rooms for privacy,the location was fine for us too.

Our toaster didn't work so had to request another flat these things should all have been checked. The dishwasher also didn't work and there was nothing to wash the dishes with so had to leave our dirty dishes in the dishwasher and tell reception.
