It's a hotel especially thanks to its great location and it was surprisingly quiet (you could hear a distant rumble but really more like you can sometimes hear the rain)! Clean facilities, room not too small and very friendly staff.

I only wish it had a chair rather than a stool as i worked a few hours in the room.

Super location in the center of Paris. Clean and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Small room but well planned.

Under the shower - the soap dispenser was empty! Quite annoying if you are naked and wet under the shower and want to wash.... The comments of the reception the day after was "you could have called us, we would have brought the soap" -Sure, this is what you need at midnight - waiting wet in the room till someone brings you the soap;-) It's definitely the job of the cleaning staff to check/controll if there's enough soap in the bathroom.

The location! A lots of restaurants very close and just two minutes walking to train station that was very convenient to move around the city. The breakfast area is beautiful, love it.

The room was very small, no desk and no chair, hard to move around the room.

The location was great, just outside of Montmartre (but not in the hustle of Montemarte) and a short walk to taxis, trains, and the metro. The hotel and rooms were clean, and the staff were always friendly. There is baggage storage if you need to leave your bags there after check-out/before check-in which is very handy.

Just note that the rooms are small (but we get the feeling this is the norm in Paris), so there is not that much space to unpack suitcases and the bathroom is small (but has everything you need). There is also no kettle/coffee station in the room, but you can ask reception for coffee etc.

A bottle of water 1little was gifted from Hotel on the 1st day. That was very helpful.Every day , cold fresh fruit water served in front of reception desk. That service was happy because of no cold free drink anywhere in Paris. Room clean was perfect, and security was kept all day. The hotel was near not only gare san laser , but also Liege and Europe, Auber. So it was convenient to do sightseeing Paris city. The reason why my score was not full, the room has nether bath nor the space luggage open. Every time I open my suitcase ,I put it on my bed.

11/10 goes to staff member Muhamed, he was very polite and helpful! Location is perfect, close to most popular places. Actually the size of room was surprisingly good for Paris (maybe there isn’t much space for luggage trolley, but overall it’s pretty good). Another star goes for king size bed!

Breakfast was tasty, but it could be more varied, because if you will attend breakfast about 9 o’clock, there won’t be much food left. There was a little problem, when we arrived, but it was solved quickly.

We loved our stay in the hotel. The staff was the best, especially Enzo who is a true professional with excellent people skills and the most helpful front desk person I've ever met. Housekeeping does an amazing job with spotless cleaning. Comfortable bed, small bathroom but with a good size shower. The hotel is just a short walk from the train station which is also a subway hub, and a shopping mall as well. Grocery store is nearby the hotel, also restaurants/cafes and pastry shops. Close to the Opera and you can even walk to the Louvre easily.

Great location, we walked around whole Paris from there.

Our room was super small. But perhaps that is normal for Paris… We could hear some noises (trains) from the station.

We found here everything what was expected for our 2 nights stay: clean and cozy premises, comfortable beds, customer oriented service, convenient location, safety feeling, luggage service on the departure day, tasty breakfast, even water and fruits were available in reception area.

We got a room on the ground floor with the view to inner yard and smoking area, it was still ok, as we had no intention to spend much time in the room, and we did not ask for the upgrade.
