The location was incredible, a short walk to Le Louvre and a great Japanese bakery. I appreciated the Nesspresso-style coffee packs for the morning (tasty and with adorable cups) and complimentary tea and biscuits for my teen. The beds were so cozy and the pillows were the best we'd had in our 9-day Europe trip. The male staff on desk 24 hrs made me feel safer traveling alone with my daughter. The view was pretty decent with a street view of pretty apartments and a monument if you opened the window. The other side has views of a pretty mosaic on the walls. I appreciated outlets near the bed, but bring a long enough cord bc the plugs are near the floor.

The bathtub was worn enough that I chose a shower over a soak, and it's easy to make a mess of water all over the floor. There was evidence this was an issue for other American shower takers. Not a big deal for me.

The location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Paris with easy access to multiple transport options and just steps away from the Louvre. As a Japanese guest, I also appreciated being close to the Japanese quarter, where I could easily enjoy familiar food. The interior design was elegant and very Parisian, yet the internet connection was fast and reliable, which helped me stay productive during my stay. The front desk staff were excellent — despite my last-minute booking, check-in was smooth and welcoming. Due to a serious issue at a previous accommodation, I arrived at the hotel feeling quite stressed, but the kindness and warmth of the reception staff immediately put me at ease. I'm deeply grateful for their hospitality.

I honestly can't think of anything. My stay was comfortable and the staff were wonderful.

Large rooms, great breakfast. Restaurant good vibe.

Meals took an hour to come. We had to tell staff we had not got our meals yet. Food when it did arrived was only just warm. Drink service slow also.

From the moment we made our reservation until the moment we checked out, the staff was incredibly attentive. We arrived at the hotel around midnight, and our room was spotless and ready for us. The sheets and bathroom were immaculately clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Even if there hadn’t been a bed for our daughter, my husband, daughter, and I could have slept comfortably in the king-size bed. The staff was always friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The hotel's location feels very safe, allowing you to feel at ease while walking outside. All the main attractions are within walking distance, and it’s just a 3-4 minute walk to the Louvre metro station.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel.

This property is precious! It felt very “Parisian”. The faculty went above and beyond, remembering our name every time we arrived in the lobby and catering to our every need. It has a bed and breakfast feel. It has a very convenient location, with a quick walk through the beautiful Jardin du Palais Royal.

My only complaint was that the mini fridge did not work. However, we bought butter to bring home and the staff put it in the hotel refrigerator for us.

The hotel is well located, 10 minutes from the Louvre Museum on foot and with metro stations nearby. The room is comfortable, breakfast has a variety of options and room service is effective (towels chanced every day). It is possible to store the luggages. A special highlight of the staff, really helpful and lovely!

Our group is used to shower rather than the European model of shower inside the bathtub. Also, the water flow in the shower/bathtub could be a bit stronger.

It’s a lovely hotel in an amazing location, the Louvre Museum Credit where it’s due , the staff is friendly and very welcoming, my daughters and I were very comfortable from the moment we walked into the hotel Our room was on the fifth floor and very cosy , could do with a new decor though

Although the room was cosy , a new up to date decor would be very good We had breakfast in the restaurant but it was always the same menu for the hot option Fruits were also the same , would be good to have more choices

I love the location, it's very central and in a charming neighborhood close to subway stations and many restaurants. It's a privilege to get a room with 3 beds. And the room was quite spacious and comfortable with a very nice small closet. The staff was helpful in securing a cab for the airport .

Just some minor comments. There were not enough outlets in the room, i had to use the one for the coffee machine for instance. And the bathroom is good but the bathtub can be a bit dangerous so for people with any mobility issues it's not ideal.

The location .You can walk to all the tourist spots .The room was cleaned every day. I asked to have the room at 12 noon and the room was ready at that time

I didn't find any electrical outlets near the bed

the sofa in the room had many old stains and it was not pleasant to sit on. You should change or wash immediately that red sofa. Also on my first day of arrival the toilet seat was not clean properly and it had some small urine stains on it, but it must have been a little error because following days the cleaning was very good. So it must have been an isolated incident.
