Good value for money. The room was really nice with a balcony. There are 2 metro stations within short walking distance plus there is also a tram stop. Not a purely touristic area, but safe and nice. Friendly staff.

Excellent and very polite staff who speak good English and are 7/24 available. The reception was available for luggage storage. There is an elevator. The room was so clean and cozy, all necessities (including TV and fan) were provided. I really enjoyed my single night stay. The location is good and safe as well - groceries, subway, tram and bus stops are few steps away :)

Almost nothing. 95% clean :) just maybe a big light for bedroom would be a nice idea (besides night lambs). And if the price would be more budget friendly:))

Very nice little hotel. The location is not at the center but close to underground station and bus stop at the doo step. Nice restaurant and pub cafe round the corner. Supermarket is close too. Very convenient to get about in Paris. Room is not too big, you get what you paid, but the bathroom is a good size. Bed was surprisingly comfortable, mattress is soft but give good support to your back. We stayed for 8 days, no problem at all. The stuff were very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom window could do with a curtain or blind.

Location: Super close to Metro station, wide range of selections of supermarkets, peaceful because separate from major socialising and business-focused areas personal and private time only (good for focus and working on career and business-related deep thinking when in the peaceful room, away from tourists). Property: Big room. Staffs: Super Nice

Wifi. Too slow and Weak, not strong enough for browsing video resources and GPU. (Personal and Subjective Opinion. Because I never stop working on something which requires strong internet access to massive online resources and GPU software)

It’s a small hotel in a good location, just a few minutes walk from the Metro, tram & bus stops. The room was comfortable, very clean & modern, good bed, pillows & towels, with a nice shower. I was on the top 5th floor with a view of the street below. The reception staff & the cleaning lady were friendly & helpful each time I spoke with them. There is a breakfast room downstairs but I didn’t use it as there are plenty of patisseries, convenience stores & bars/restaurants in the local area.

Nothing that I can think of, I could hear the neighbouring guests return in the evening as the room doors are all close to each other but it wasn’t an issue, the hotel was mostly quiet

I had a very positive experience with this hotel. Everything went smoothly—no problems at all. The room was clean and quiet, with a modern bathroom and an Italian-style shower. There’s also a lift, which was very convenient. A special mention goes to the receptionist Abdelghani from Algeria—he was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. His assistance made my stay even better. I truly recommend this hotel!

We loved our stay at Hipotel! The staff was extremely polite, spoke good English, and was willing to help with any questions. The location of the hotel is also perfect. The subway to the city center was within a 5 min walk, and in a distance of 6-7min walk, you can find plenty of supermarket options such as "Carfour Express" or "Carfour City" for quick shopping (e.g., water bottles, cookies, chips, etc.). The room was extremely clean as well. The TV was working; the bedsheets were clean. The staff took good care of our room, and we were delighted during our stay. Another thing I liked about the Hipotel Hotel is that it is located around cafes, patisseries, and restaurants where you will most likely find French people dining; hence the prices are fair (e.g., not a tourist area), and the food is also good. The only drawback I can mention is that the rooms are slightly small and there's no A/C (considering that we stayed in Paris during summer time is quite noticeable). Overall, our experience in Hipotel was pleasant, and we recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris.

Perfect for my needs. Yes the rooms are quite basic and small, but the price more than reflects this, perfect for people who want to be out and about and just use the room for sleeping. The rooms are clean and the late checkout is a nice plus!

I stayed here for two nonconsecutive nights and thus had two different rooms. The second room's main light didn't work, but I powered through.

The room is small, but has everything you need: a comfortable bed with extra pillows, a table with a kettle and tea/coffee, large shower cabin and fast internet. Bonus: daily cleaning. Location is in 5 minutes from subway station, few supermarkets and cafes

Room is really small and dark. Good for work with a laptop - bad for reading or writing. I spent 4 nights, but tea and coffee bags were refilled only once. Metro line doesn't operate on Sundays

the location was within 30-50 minutes from the main attractions. loads of cafes/ bars/ restaurants/ shops within 5 mins walk from the hotel. the area is quiet. helpful & friendly staff at the front desk. good value for money for the rate you pay.

in my opinion, poor choice of breakfast for 12 Euro per person, hence I opted out from this additional service.
