It’s a great location in a quiet neighbourhood. You are close to all transport modes but far enough from the city centre to have a little peace and quiet. The rooms and common areas are nicely decorated - very Parisienne! I had a balcony in my room with a very small view of the Eiffel Tower which was a pleasant surprise.

It was dusty. My AirPods rolled under the bed at some point and I looked everywhere until I checked underneath the bed and found them. The dust under there was criminal. Our room was ‘cleaned’ each day or at least we thought.

Truthfully, there weren’t a thing I didn’t like about the property. The room was beautiful and a pretty good size, the lobby was beautiful and the staff, can’t fault them. They were really good. Would highly recommend and would stay here again 100%!

Hôtel de Banville is a pretty hotel with a family run feel. Of course this is in Paris so expect small rooms and bathrooms but our bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful- especially Antonio who really wants to ensure you have a great experience in Paris and helps you in any way that he can which was great. I like the proximity to transport links, there is a bus stop across the road and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the Champs Elysee by bus. There is also a Métro station less than five minutes away with a few cafes/bistros outside. The area is quiet which of course is ideal once you are ready to get some rest as Paris really doesn’t sleep in the busier areas. I will definitely stay here again. The rooms get very hot in the night time

The vibes of this hotel were immaculate! The reception and housekeeping staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to help ourselves to the hot drinks machine each evening. The hotel was in a great location, with two metro stops nearby allowing easy reach of anywhere in the city. The room was very comfortable and spacious with great air conditioning, and shutters on the windows to ensure a great night sleep (or an afternoon nap during the boiling hot summer!). It was perfect for our girls trip.

I honestly can’t really complain about anything, a bar would be an enormous bonus! But that doesn’t really seem feasible in the small footprint they have at the hotel. I think they have a selection of drinks available at reception as well as a small seating area which caters for this need.

The hotel was lovely, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. We were able to check in early (free of charge) and also had a free room upgrade on arrival which was very kind of the hotel. The staff on main reception were more than helpful, giving us recommendations to visit and route guides to get to destinations we wish. There is someone on the front desk 24 hours a day which is also very helpful. The location is in a quieter area which is very peaceful and about a 2 minute walk from the nearest metro station. Overall a brilliant stay, would definitely stay here again!

amazing hotel with the most stunning view of the Effie tower. We stayed in room 83 and it was gorgeous with a lovely bathroom. I arrived on my birthday and was left a lovely welcome note and macaroons which was a nice gesture. 5mins walk from the metro. Nice cafes and restaurants around the area

just be aware about ordering room service. we ordered breakfast in bed for €20 each and we only had a couple of cossaints and half a baguette brought to us, we where not informed that if we wanted the rest of the breakfast that was supplied we would of needed to come down to the breakfast area anyway, so I would avoid ordering ‘breakfast in bed’

Warm friendly welcome. Exceeded expectations with lovely surprise of our upgrade to a superior room with views of the Eiffel Tower as it was a trip to Paris for my Daughters 18th birthday. The birthday note and lovely macaroons were a welcome treat in the room on arrival. This was very thoughtful and kind!. Thank you so much for this additional subtle attention to detail and for making our trip extra special. The friendly helpful staff and the wonderful breakfast were outstanding.The room was very clean, and the location of the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The hotel is close to Metro and Tram to get into the city centre and to other main attractions.

We loved it all. The only minor thing was that the addition of a towel rail or hooks to hang towels in the room would be helpful.

Really enjoyed the homey feel of the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. Beautiful modern Parisian aesthetic with friendly staff. I love that you have an actual key to get into your room instead of a card so you won’t lose your room key. Rooms accessible by a decent size lift.

Nothing! would be nice to have some slippers or a robe in the room but I brought my own so that was okay.

I liked lots about this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, we met about three different receptionists and they were all really nice. The location is great, it's a beautiful area, on the quieter side but a short walk from nice shops and restaurants, the metro, and the tram, and close to Arc de Triomphe. The inside of the hotel is really nicely decorated, both the lobby and the rooms. We ended up with 4 rooms during our stay (we had two rooms and travel cancellation meant we had to book an extra night each). We had one on the 7th floor with a great view of the Eiffel tower! One on the second that was beautiful with a roll top bath. Then two of their 'classic' rooms for our final night, these were on the other side so no city view but really comfortable, clean and nicely decorated.

They came in to make the bed every day which made us feel refresh when we got back from a long day exploring the city. It’s nice,comfortable and clean. Bathroom is also fantastic with two sinks for two of us. Overall we love it!

Elevator is quite small so if you have big luggage , it might be tight. On the 14 of July, they forgot to change our big towel’s and no refill of the water, it’s only happened once so we don’t think it’s big enough to complain, besides that, it’s a pretty good staying experience.
