Fantastic location & a great choice of breakfast.

The property is at a fantastic location. Very very kind staff and very helpful. Day 1 - Diumercy helped us multiple times with all that we needed for a comfortable stay. Day 2- Ali was of huge help with directions and navigations. Day3- Manoj assisted with the room services very politely Day4- Alexandra ! She almost saved us from a huge fine. She was kind enough to book our train tickets and spent almost an hour with us guiding us through the route! We definitely recommend a stay in this hotel.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left I felt completely welcome and comfortable. Here are some highlights that made my stay special: 1. **Location:** The hotel is in an unbeatable location, just steps from some of Paris' most famous attractions, including the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. The proximity to the metro station made it easy for me to explore the city. 2. **Room:** My room was a true refuge of peace and relaxation. It was stylishly decorated with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The views of the city were breathtaking, especially in the evenings. 3. **Service:** The customer service at Hotel Élysée Regencia was outstanding. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and responsive to all of my needs. Her recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area were impeccable. 4. **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable. The location was very good.

Although I made the reservation breakfast included, when I reached the hotel , I am informed that there was no breakfast. I decided to stay in this hotel and paid the amount it was breakfast included. Unfortunately, my problem was not solved by the hotel and booking. Com. I made this booking with my husband and we are both sure about the items included reservation. This situatiın bothered me because while you are making the reservation, the condions changed after you paid the fee. I cannot proove this since I did not take the photo offer before payment. ( I did not imagine that there will be such change) I loose my trust on this booking system, I am not sure if I will be using it again. Hope you consider this feedback to improve this problem. We had the basic room and it was much bigger and nicer than we expected! I REALLY recommend the hotel to update the basic room pictures. In the the current pictures the room looks much smaller and not so pretty. Also the tv was updated for a much bigger one than was seen in the pictures! We also loved the location, breakfast and the friendly staff. The whole hotel was also nice and clean.

The only real critic is related to bath room and toilet in our room. They were nice and ok but we would have prefer having the sink in the same room than the toilet. Also the quality of the shower was bad compared to Finnish standards. The floor of the toilet was also really cold which was not that nice. Also the price was really expensive BUT it was ok compared to Paris standards. We looked carefully Paris hotels and we were 100% happy choosing this!

The hotel is located in a truly top-notch location — all the main attractions are within walking distance. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby, so you’ll never run out of great places to eat or relax. The staff is polite, friendly, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to the excellent work of the Front Office — they really know what they’re doing! The room was clean and cozy, with a pleasant atmosphere to relax after exploring the city. If you’re coming to discover Paris and want to be in the heart of it all, I definitely recommend choosing this hotel!

Ali! This guys is amazing! Their receptionist staff was super helpful! He even remembered us from our last stay! Helped us with recommendation on where to have best dinner, what activity to book, what site to book it from. He is amazing! Ali treats this place like it’s his own and every customer gets an experience like he is hosting you in his own home. It was my second time using the same hotel in 6 months, will defiantly recommend and will definitely return! Thank you Ali!

We got the standard room, if you are coming from the us and used to big rooms, spend the extra cash and get a suite. This was way small.

Situated in a perfect part of the city center close to shopping highlights on Champs Elysees and Avenue Montaigne, almost everything (including a mini-mart, fruit shop, pharmacy, a Michelin-starred restaurant and a good selection of other eateries and cafes) is at your doorstep. The hotel was tastefully decorated, our rooms were spacious and clean (loved the L'Occitane toiletries detail), and all staff from the reception and cleaning to the breakfast room were always beyond helpful. Oh yes and the breakfast was also surprisingly complete and well-executed. A very well-run hotel in all.

While the hotel has blackout curtains, light still streams in from the top of the pelmet, so you will wake with the sun.

Perfect location for all Paris attractions - 5 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées, a short walk to the Seine and Eiffel Tower. Lots of bars and restaurants in the location too. Attentive and pleasant staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Quentin was wonderful and deserves a special mention - an asset to your hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable - bathroom even had a bath! Breakfast was to an excellent standard and gave hot and cold selection every morning. Overall a very pleasant and welcoming stay. Just make sure you keep enough money in reserve for the city tax! Would recommend.

A georgous hotel in a great location. The staff are amazing! It really feels like you are staying with family. So friendly and helpful Our room was lovely - comfy bed and pillows, large bathroom, a balcony with a pretty view.and spotlessly clean. The breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful - the lady in the breakfast room was so lovely and kind and it was a fabulous way to start each day! The reception staff gave us navigo cards and we could add a day pass to it at the metro station to use transport for the day - this was appreciated and made touring the sights convenient and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning! The perfect place to stay on our first visit to Paris.
